"Where are we going?"

I sigh. I already lost count how many times she already asked me the same question since earlier.

"Scarlett, saan ba tayo pupunta?" I briefly glanced at her and focused my eyes on the road.

"Jas, can you relax? Trust me on this. Alam mong hindi kita ipapahamak." I can't help but be irritated dahil sa paulit ulit niyang pagtatanong.

I heard her scoff. I look at her, she crosses her arms as she frowns. "Fine!" She mumbled.

I chuckled when I saw how she pouts her lips. Her being grumpy is the most adorable thing I saw.

A smile crept on my lips when I finally parked my car.

I poked her arms while softly calling her name. Gosh, she's really soft! It feels like I'm poking a marshmallow.

"Hey, Jas. Wake up."

She's really adorable, oh, my goodness!

"Hey, we're here," I tried waking her up again. I gently shook her. "Jas, wake up. We need to catch the sunset."

I watch her as she slowly opens her eyes. Those deep brown orbs immediately met mine, I smiled as I felt the satisfying sensation in my stomach that only she can make me feel.

"I'm not a dream. I'm real, Jasmine. Now, wake up."

"The safe haven," Her eyes glisten because of tears. "Our secret place." I nod my head as I agree.

"Let's go." I didn't wait for her response and immediately got out of my car.

I never let go of her hands as we walk through our paradise.

"I miss this place…" A tear finally escaped her eye, she smiled warmly as she roamed her eyes around the place.

"This place misses you too." I joyfully utter habang inaalalayan ko siya paupo sa same spot kung saan din kami laging nakaupo noon.

I made sure na malinis ang inupuan niya dahil puti ang dress na suot-suot niya, she looks comfortable naman like she used to.

I sat beside her, I looked in front and sigh in relief. The sun is starting to set. I closed my eyes when I started reminiscing about our old days. Here in this exact place, exact spot. Jasmine and I used to watch sunset, sunrise, and even the night skies with a bright moon and stars. Those moments stay with me just like a magical dream.

"There's nothing changed," She says in her low voice. I opened my eyes and watched the sunset. Breathtakingly.

"Meron…" I said and slightly laughed. "...tayo. We've changed. We're different now… So much different from yesterday." A bitter smile curved into my lips.
