Layla

He smiled.

I don't think anyone, not even his friends have seen him smile.

It wasn't a big one but it was there.

And I felt like the luckiest person on earth to have seen him smile.

Once he realised he did, he turned his face back into his normal expressionless one.

I couldn't help but be disappointed but nevertheless, I was happy I got to see it.

After that, we decided to head back to my house.

We got to my house and he opened the car door for me as usual.

We walked to my front door and I turned to face him.

His grey eyes looking down at me emotionlessly.

His black hair effortlessly falling in front of them.

"Thank you for tonight." I said looking down blushing, while recalling everything that happened.

He nodded at me while staring at me intensely.

Feeling in the moment, I smiled softly at him and hugged him.

I can't believe how happy this guy has made me feel without even knowing him for so long.

I opened my arms and wrapped them tightly around his waist.

He went completely tense as if he wasn't used to someone touching him.

But without hesitating, he wrapped his arms around my waist.

I smiled to myself.

His arms felt so amazing on my skin, his body was full of warmth and I could literally fall asleep in his arms.

I was about to let go but he then decided to tighten his hold on me and bury his face in the crook of my neck.

Blushing I snuggled in deeper.

We stayed like that for what felt like hours and then we let go.

He looked down at me with a blank face but his grey eyes were glowing lighter than I have ever seen them before.

He leaned down and kissed my cheek softly and lingering there for a couple of seconds.

He then leaned away from my touch.

"Goodnight Layla" He says huskily.

He looked at me once more before turning and walking back to his car.

I blushed and opened my door looking at him once more before he sped off.

I closed the door and sighed.

Sliding down the door with red cheeks.

"Goodnight Landon" I whispered to myself.
