1. RooOOOOooOoooMmM🦕

Make sure that your bedroom is QUIET whenever you try to sleep/lucid dream.
If you share a bedroom you can use earphones or just wait until that person fell asleep (if that takes too long just ignore this step).
Make sure that nothing will interrupt you!
Bc bitch you're supposed to fucking sleep🤬🤬🤬
Oh and maybe get some earplugs?
Before going to bed you can ofc meditate, calm down, unplug your electronics, etc.

2. A lovely dream journal🤩🤩🤩

You can write this on your phone or in a notebook, doesn't really matter.
When you wake up write every single detail you remember from your dream into that fucking dream journal!!!!!!🙂
Try to remember as much as possible and do this every single day.
You can also download apps like Dreamkeeper, Awoken, etc.
(Have never tried them before so I'll test it out soon.)

3. Dream signs😃

Compare your dreams, do they have something in common? Maybe a theme or person which always seems to end up in your dream?
If you found something which always seems to be in your dreams, well, congratulations!
This can help you lucid dream.

Example: You always see Lucius in your dream, sorry he's in literally all my dreams with Severus like wtf they doing there, anyways, I begin to notice that he's in almost all my dreams whenever I check my dream journal.🤩🤩🤩
~
When I finally fall asleep I see him AGAIN, but this time I remember that he could only show up in my dreams (and dr but ok), so guess what? I KNOW THAT I'M DREAMING WHICH MEANS THAT I DID IT, I'M LUCID DREAMING!🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩

4. Reality checks😩✋

I hate to do reality checks, just saying.
ANYWAYS, with those "checks" you can check if you're dreaming or if you're still awake.
If you do those checks more than 10 times a day it will become a habit, and you'll probably do it in your dreams too.

You can try to push your index finger through your palm, or pinch yourself (I do this, don't recommend it bc ouch), you can also observe your hands/feet since they look pretty weird in your dreams, etc.👌👌👌

5. MILD technique🤑

It's not that hard, y'all remember affirmations?
Repeat 1 affirmation the whole time until you fall asleep
Example: "I will know that I'm dreaming"
Your brain will be like "oh shit yes, let's do this! great idea bitch 🤩"

6. Go back to SlEeeeeEeeeeEeeeP😍

If you wake up, write down your dream in your journal, and try to go back to sleep and dream about that exact dream, but this time imagine yourself being aware that you're dreaming.
Focus on this and go back to sleep ok ok ok ok?????? 💤💤💤

7. Staying in your lucid dream 😏

If you're lucid dreaming, congratufuckinglations!
Many people wake up bc of their excitement, which you don't want to happen ofc.
Things you can do to stay in your lucid dream:

'Fall backwards or spin
'Rub your hands together
'Just continue doing whatever you were doing in your dream

~~~~
8. Shifting😏😏😏😏😏
This step is for the people who also want to shift in their lucid dream.
Try to stay calm, I know that it's hard but you otherwise you'll wake up.
Rub your hands together, observe your surroundings, and after you calmed down imagine that there's a portal behind you which will make you shift to your desired reality.
Once you're ready turn around, the portal should be there.
Repeat affirmations out loud like "This portal makes me shift to my desired reality", and once you feel ready step IN the portal, don't go through it bc people have told me that they would most likely end up in another dream.
You'll probably end up in your dr.
Maybe do a reality check to see if you're not accidentally dreaming once again, and boom!
There you go 🤩😍🤑
