Yes. This rp is still open and will stay open. I've decided to stay pretty hands-off from now on, but feel free to shoot me any questions! You don't need to be accepted to join but I would recommend submitting a form for your character anyway, I think it's helpful for people to see who they're going to be rping with. In a nutshell, this book is an open playground for any roleplayers :)
