Euridge House and Orangery Hosts Exclusive Wedding Worthy of Royals

Much to the utter despair of his many admirers and hopeful suitors, London's favourite bachelor Kim Taehyung has finally tied the knot with Detective Jeon Jungkook in one of the most romantic venues in the country. The Georgian gardens were selected, the couple says, because they reminded them of their time in Italy, where Jeon proposed.

"Getting married to my best friend — who also happens to be the best kisser in the world — is the most wonderful thing that has occurred in my life," the detective admitted, eyes fixed on his dashing husband. Kim Taehyung later confirmed he considers winning Jungkook's heart his biggest achievement.

Readers would do well to remember that both of them grew up as orphans, which makes their personal and professional accomplishments all the more miraculous, given the rigged set of cards they were dealt with early on in life. A testament to their talent and persistence no doubt. Indeed, it takes a lot of willpower to fiddle with fate and overturn its implacable outcome.

"I can't believe I have to rely on the papers to find out I'm the best kisser in the world," a raspy voice uttered above the man reading the article over breakfast.

Jungkook's ears turned pink as he mumbled an excuse. "I honestly don't remember telling Jimin about your expertise in the matter."

Taehyung hummed, understanding. "Well, I clearly recall him refilling your glass one time too many."

Staring up at his spouse who had been reading over his shoulder, Jungkook smiled. "I'm guessing you're having this one framed as well."

"Absolutely," Taehyung replied, pointing at the pictures illustrating the article. "Look at you, all smiles and crinkly eyes," he added fondly.

They chuckled at the memory of the day they had exchanged vows and wedding rings, promising the other a life of devotion and care.

"I still can't believe you never told me about your French uncle," Jungkook added, remembering how flustered he had been when the old man introduced himself as such.

Taehyung couldn't help but laugh at his cute husband's cluelessness. "Darling dearest, maybe you should reconsider your career choice."

"What do you mean? Who was this man if he wasn't family? And what about his wife?"

"I love you with all my heart, Jungkook, but I love watching you struggle to make sense of things more," Taehyung admitted teasingly. "Now, go get your coat while I fetch our suitcase. We have an Italian wedding to attend!"

"Did you pack my swimming trunks?"

"You won't need them, my love."

Jungkook looked a little puzzled. "Didn't you say we were spending our honeymoon on an island?"

"We sure are. But it's a desert island."

The young detective grinned at that. "Tae bear, I love you with all my heart, but I'm not walking down any beach — howsoever deserted — in my birthday suit."

Taehyung pulled a remote control from his pocket and pressed a button. "Then I suggest you hurry and get your bathing gear because our flight is set to take wing shortly."

"Is that the patented two-seated prototype Queen Victoria has placed an order for?" Jungkook asked, eyes filled with pride at his husband's ingenuity and savoir-faire.

"Precisely, my dear. So, what's it going to be? Swimsuit or first-class gliding?

"How about a kiss first?" Because Jungkook had decided he would always make time for that.

And perhaps they kissed long enough for him to forget about the missing clothing item and perhaps, once they finally reached what Taehyung called 'a little piece of heaven on earth', Jungkook figured he didn't mind skinny-dipping. How could he oppose it when the love of his life enjoyed it so?

And perhaps it is now time to leave the readers to their imagination as to the numerous other things our two lovebirds favoured doing together.
