Chapter 4: Rimuru vs Dwargon

All of my citizens are now named. all of the goblins are evolved into hobgoblin but even though the evolution are modified successfully Ciel sensei made some modifications. Ciel said to me that the goblins are secretly bestowed with the perfect memory. for those of you who don't know perfect memory is the ability gained by some of the goblins when they are killed and revived during the battle with farmus kingdom. It allows them to regenerate infinitely they basically physically immortal. If my citizens where to fought fighters that are not capable of destroying directly the soul then there is no chance they can defeat my citizens that's how overpowered this skill is. We are living in peace right now I assigned the goblins with the pairing of direwolves or rather they are now called tempest stellar wolves they are working together in gathering food, patroling but more importantly like the other time the goblins just failed to make shelter, clothing and other development sectors. That's why as I did last time I will go to dwargon and hire the kaijin brothers. I am preparing to head out but
