Y/n's POV:

I waved The Twins, Ron, Harry and Hermione goodbye before walking down, past the rows of compartments, until I found the one where all the Prefect's sat.

When I walked inside, I had noticed that Percy was already there. He was seen in the corner, reading a Wizard book about Astrology and using his middle finger to push up his glasses everytime the slipted down in the slightest.

I simply have him an awkward smile and sat down, pulling out my Sketchbook to start drawing. I wasn't anywhere near good at drawing but I found it relaxing and did it almost all the time. Plus, it seemed to improve my skills at it as well.

He didn't bother to look up from his book and even mutter a hello.

I was still mad it him for what he said at Diagon Alley but I wasn't going to start another fight with him. One, because I didn't have the energy to and two, because I wanted to set an example for all the younger years (especially because I was in Slytherin and he was in Griffindoor). We had to at least try being civil.

"What? No snarky comment? Not even a sarcastic hello? Are you feeling alright Y/l/n?" I seemed Percy didn't get that however.

"We're Prefect's now Weasley, the least we could do it try to set an example by being civil." I responded simply, shrugging my shoulders.

He scoffed. "Yeah good luck with that, with your fiery temper we wouldn't last a second." It took everything in my to hold myself back from strangling him but I somehow managed to remain me composure.

"We can at least try." I said.

"Yeah, fine whatever."

"Thank you." I smiled.

More Prefect's slowly entered the compartment one by one. They where mostly Griffindoors, Hufflepuffs and a fair amount of Ravenclaws but no Slytherins in sight.

Looks like I am the only one then, I sighed.

The next couple of hours where spent in some-what silence. When I say that, I mean Percy and I where the only ones who remained silent the entire way. Everyone had at least someone to talk to or something to do other than read but I honestly didn't mind. I wasn't much of a social person anyway.

Somehow, in the hours that where spent on the train to Hogwarts, I had managed to fall asleep and was woken up by Percy when we had finally arrived. I was thankful that I had changed into my robes early on in the trip so I wouldn't have to do it so quickly before getting off the train to Hogwarts. I then quickly grabbed my stuff and walked off the train.

Because Aria already lived in Scotland, she didn't have to take the train to London and then back to Hogwarts even though many other students decided to. They mostly did it so they could get away from their families quicker and/or spend more time with their friends on the train.

Aria didn't see the point in the extra journey, however, and loved her family so she didn't feel a need to do so. Plus, she saw me alot at Hogwarts and had alot of time to catch up with me on the carriages to the school.

It was tough to hang out with her and my other friends because we here all in different houses but that's why I was so glad we had previously had so many classes together.

"Y/n! There you are!" I heard a soft voice call my name from where the carriages stood. I turned around to see a short girl with big doe eyes and straight black hair that swept past her shoulders waving at me.

"Aria! It's so good to see you!" I ran up and hugged her with no hesitation and she was quick to return the favour, laughing exitedly.

"Hey you. Wait...have you grown?" I laughed at her question.

"No you've just gotten shorter." She huffed and crossed her arms over her chest. I laughed even harder at this.

"Oh I'm only joking! Let's go." I pulled her by her wrist and pulled her onto the empty carriage, sitting next to her.

"Where are The Twins and Lee? Weren't they supposed to meet us here like always?" She asked and turned around to try and spot them.

"I don't know. The last time I saw The Twins was at 9¾ and I haven't seen Lee since last year. I'm assuming he sat with them on the train." I shrugged.

"What? Didn't you sit with them too- oh wait I forgot you're a Prefect now." She laughed akwardly. "Speaking of which... I got your owl about having to spend so much time with Percy. And I'm guessing you had to sit with him on the train too. How was it?" She asked.

"Oh well, I mean it wasn't that bad but he's definitely still a Prat."

"Oh thank Merlin. I thought he was going to do something annoying like steal all your books or something. Did he win the Wizard's lottery or something? It that way he didn't bother you that much?" She questioned.

"Haha, no. He wouldn't win in a million years. He would have more of a chance of being eaten by a Mermaid than that. I just said we could try being civil since we are Prefect's and all and have to set an example for all the younger years. He eventually agreed." I chuckled.

"Well that's a miracle! I'm surprised he didn't leave the compartment or something."

"Oh no he wouldn't dare. He knows if he did something horrible to me again I would tell him mum and she would send him a howler to embarrass him." Just the thought of it caused us the burst into histerics.

When we had finally caught our breath, the carriage stared to trudge forward in the mud and I smiled when I saw the glorious castle in the distance.

I just can't wait to go home.
