we finished up cleaning the kitchen after dinner at Lisettes house and headed out. Matthew hasn't been at the house that often, though I guess thats a good thing. Im just worried that he'll come home one day and get violent with iris and alessandro.. I won't let that happen though, not as long as I'm alive.
Josiah: hey I need stop by my house again tonight
Lisette: do you want me to wait for you?
Josiah: no no, I don't know how long I'll take and I don't want you to be waiting out here
Lisette: you've come to my house on a regular now, you know?she tilted her head at me, I smirked and looked down at her
Josiah: is this you wanting to come into my house, Lisette? you wanna meet my parents already? we aren't even holding hands yet, come on now
Lisette: wha- you're so stupid! i hate you, don't make it weird! i was just-she let out a frustrated sigh, I chuckled
Josiah: I'm just kidding, I would invite you in but I don't know if right now is the best time
Lisette: I don't even wanna go in! ..BYE!she stomped away, her cheeks were a bit red. I chuckled and stared at her till I couldn't see her anymore and then went in the house.
Josiah: im home
Eli: baby!she ran to me and hugged me
Josiah: you're in a better mood
Eli: well yes
Kairi: joI saw my dad coming out from the kitchen, I looked at him for a second then looked back down at my mom. I cupped her face
Josiah: is he valid?
Eli: hes valid
Josiah: alrightI gave her a forehead kiss and turned back over to him. knowing what was coming
Josiah: look dad, im sorry for the things I said the other night. you know how protective I am of mom, I would've done the same to mom if the roles were reversed but I-
I was interrupted by my father hugging me, tightly.
Kairi: im sorry for putting you guys in that position where you would believe I was being unfaithful, to both of you.
he looked at me, then at my mom
kairi: I had to be nice to her because of a deal her agency offered me, but no offer is more important than you guys so.. im sorry
josiah: ...so.. i'm good, right?they both chuckled
kairi: go wash the dishes
josiah: fair enoughI sighed and walked into the kitchen
eli: so how's your job going
