"Hello baby,"Liam whispered as he looked down at the nearly sleeping baby in his arms,cladded in a light blue onsie and light blue mittens with a matching dummy that had a clip that attached to his onesie.It was the boys first proper night alone with the new baby,the last couple of nights being spent in the hospital with nurses at hand to help the new fathers feed,change and interact with the baby.They had to spent a couple of nights in the hospital due to Louis' blood pressure still hadn't lowered and another reasoning being that he had to get a couple of stitches from the labour.

They were doing well,everything was going soothingly with no complications whatsoever,just the fact that Louis kept falling asleep as often as Fletcher did which meant Liam was stuck with a sleeping baby in his arms and a sleeping boys head on his lap.Just like now,although it was Fletchers first 3am feeding and They were sitting in the nursery sofa,Louis sleeping on Liams shoulder as Liam tired to rock Fletcher to sleep in his arms.He was getting bored,so of course he started to whisper to Fletcher as he rocked the small Infant.

"You're so precious to me,to both of us,you may have been unexpected at such an early time in our lives,but I don't regret it."Liam continued to whispered as Fletcher just looked up at him with the glistening baby blues that he had inherited from Louis.The dummy in his mouth continued to bob slowly as Liam continued to speak,"Look at you,so handsome and only a week old,oh god,listen to me,I'm half way to quoting Ed Sheeran,"Liam chuckled to himself as he fixed the dummy that was going to fall out of Fletchers mouth.He looked over at the sleeping Louis,whose head was resting on his shoulder,placing a soft kiss to his forehead.

"Anyway,you're going to grow up to be a handsome and gorgeous little boy Fletcher,with your Papas eyes and personality,and my hair and figure,you're going to break some hearts,"Liam smiled down at the now sleeping baby whose face resembled a China doll,"I hope that if you're ever in a spot of bother or you need to talk about something personal,that you'll speak to me,because I've listened for your papa,and I'll listen for you.You can grow up to be whatever you want,Gay,straight,Bi,Tran or anything inbetween,if you want to play football or dye your hair,you'll always be my baby boy,"The older boy sighed in content as he looked up and around the dimly lit nursery.

"I'm going to protect you,both of you,until the day I die,because I love you both very very much."Liam smiled softly as he pressed a soft gentle kiss to Fletchers forehead before Moving Louis' head to place it on the pillow on the on the otherside of Louis.Gently,Liam got up and placed Fletcher in his crib,turning on the baby monitor before picking up Louis bridal style.

"I love you Liam,"Louis whispered in mid sleep,his lips puckered a little for a kiss from Liam.He smirked as he set Louis down under the covers of their bed,kissing Louis' lips lovingly before whispering.

"I love you too Lou,"
