• chapter twenty four (2)

addy sat on the teachers table 10 minutes before the feast started ready for the food, swinging her feet back and forth. both mcgonagall and poppy agreed to let her go to the feast if she ate with them aswell at the teachers table so they can keep an eye on her. she sat next to dumbldore and mcgonagall on a seat way to big for her. she had to sit on 2 pillows dumbledore summoned and on her legs aswell. she had a cut on her eyebrow and a cut down her cheek aswell as a cut on her head but her hair covered it in a messy bun as mcgonagall couldn't tame it in time. addys hands were aching and sore and very weak since she syphoned to much magic with them. she had on her pjs still but this time they were blue with pink chickens on molly had sent her last easter. on her feet were rabbit slippers and she had a grey blanket wrapped lazily around her small figure. she was being babied by mcgonagall and poppy to say the least... but she enjoyed the attention, having 6 siblings will do that to you

students walked in confused to why she was sat there. harry blew her a kiss which got returned by a wave from addy while ron nodded his head in acknowledgement before turning to seamus "rude" addy muttered before drinking some of her water. dumbldore gave his speech and summoned the food while addy practically slipped into a comma by the amount there was compared to the hospital wing soup. poppy got her some chicken pieces and chips aswell as some soup and vegetables and put her tablets on the side next to them. mcgonagall chopped it all up confusing all the students sneaking glances at them. thanking mcgonagall addy ate her food before hagrid came in. he was talking to harry before turning to addy who sent him a thumbs up and a smile with half her chicken falling out her mouth

"really mature addy really mature" mcgonagall said

"thank you minnie" she said after she picked it up. suddenly addy for pain in her forehead, noticing, dumbldore shook mcgonagall and took addy to a spare room, poppy following in suit

"arghhh" addy groaned falling the floor of the room once she was away from all eyes except the 3 adults she trusted most. she began to feel faint throwing up black liquid through her mouth and eyes. she used her hands clawing at her eyes burning pain racing through. she passed out covered in black ash before poppy exsiamned her

"ink, it's ink" poppy said wiping her fingers on the floor

"she syphoned the magic to slow down tom but didn't realise he's just ink" dumbldore said casting a spell "merlin we should have know it was obvious we need to get her to the hospital wing now" dumbledore grabbed her and apperated as mcgonagall ran out grabbing addys food knowing she'll want it after and her blanket and tablets and hurried after them. all eyes were on mcgonagall as she did this not knowing what's going on and why their proffesors covered in ink. most students ignored it and carried on eating (me lol) but harry, hermione and ron knowing what happened look anxiously between each other

"minnie i swear i'm fine" addy had been treated and rewashed and placed in new pjs

"you said that then passed out covered in ink that you threw up" mcgonagall sighed

"minnie i swear this time i ate my chicken i had my pills i did the spells i even channeled some of the magic out, i swear i'm fine" addy said pushing up her reading glasses. her face had more cuts on then before from falling down and then clawing at herself, her curly hair was in a loose bun hair falling out and her glasses where proped on her nose as she read pride and prejudice

"i know i just worry about you, your a strong girl addy, me and you both know it but it's also brave to ask for help when you need it, so next time please tell me" she said rubbing addys cheek with her wrinkly fingers before standing up " i believe you have 3 eager friends here to see you" she smiled walking away

"i knew i was your favourite" addy shouted to mcgonagall as she walked

"i don't have favourites" she shouted back

"yeah sure" addy shouted sarcastically

harry, ron and hermione came pilling back in jumping on her neat bed and blankets. harry cuddled up to addy with her head on his chest as hermione lay the other side and ron at the bottom. they talked for ages about addy until she forced them to change the topic not liking it

"i can't wait to go home this summer" ron sighs

"about that i'm uhh i'm not going home" addy said slowly

"yes not really, harry already gave that speech last year addy" ron rolled his eyes

"no ron seriously i'm not going home i'm staying with minnie and poppy and dumbldore here. i need to control my powers before i put you all at risk. don't worry i've sorted it out with mum i'll still meet you all at the leaky coldron but for the summer i'll be at minnie and poppy's cottage in their spare room while i go to dumbledores mannor during the day to train" she said sadly but with a hint of excitement

"your leaving me" ron said sadly

"i'm saving you. after dinner i passed out ink coming out my body if dumbldore wasn't there i'd be dead. so i'm saving myself and you but learning control please ron, don't make this difficult" she pleaded as he nodded

addy stood by the train with the slytherin 4 infront of her

"draco be nice to people please, brier keep being nice to people, pansy don't change, theo get your hair cut you look like a raccoon" addy said pulling theo's hair

"wow you really love us don't you" theo said pulling her into a hug rocking her around before brier and pansy pull her in a group one, lastly draco pulls her into one rocking her around

"right byeeee i love yousss" addy shouts as they run off waving before harry, hermione and ron come

"i've been dreading this part" ron says jumping into addy hugging her tightly
before hermione pushes him off

"i'll miss you remeber to owl me about your training" she says running off pulling ron with her as he waves

"for good luck this summer?" he asks cheekily before he kisses her pulling on her hair lightly and pulls away. he smiled hugging her "bye addykins i'll miss you" he calls running as the train whistles again

"addelaine are you ready" dumbldore asks stood next to minnie and poppy

"yeah, yeah i'm ready" she says glancing back at the train before running toward the castle holding poppy and minnies hand dragging them as dumbledore laughs at this little child

"still want to bet your not a seer" he laughed as she rolls her eyes playfully

okay hi lol this year is done. harry gets hot next year whooopp so yeah lol
