When the trio reached her room, instead of barging in, they thought of knocking on the door. After all, it is her room and they respect her privacy.

Ketki knocked on the door for a few times, but there was no response.

" Ketu can you hear anything? I don't think she is awake. Either she is in deep slumber or she is not in the room." says Ritika keeping her ear near the door in an attempt to hear some sound from inside the room.

"Hey, what do you mean she is not in the room? What do you think, she ran away with her boyfriend?" questions Ketki averting her gaze from Ritika to Nishant.

"What? Why are you looking at me like that?" asks Nishant to his sisters who have a questioning gaze on their faces.

"Because you are her best friend. You guys are always together. So tell us, has she ever been in a relationship? As far as I know, I have never heard her talk about any boy. So I am curious." explains Ritika.

"Not only you, I am also curious. Even though she is my sister, apart from the fact that she is a lawyer, I know nothing about her personal life. So Bhai kindly do us a favour and tell us. We promise your secret will be safe with us. She will never find out about this conversation." said Ketki trying to get a word out of him.

Nishant got zoned out upon hearing the words boyfriend and personal life. He didn't know how to give them a satisfying answer since he didn't have the right to tell them about her personal life.

"Earth to Bhai," said Ketki and Ritika in unison bringing him back from his trance.

"Guys we don't talk about this stuff. As far as I know, she never had a boyfriend. So can we please wake her up before Ma comes running with a bucket of ice cold water?" ends Nishant with a chuckle, in a desperate attempt to divert them from the topic.
He was successful in his attempt as the sisters bought his reply and chuckled with him.

He signs in relief and opens the door to the room.

The room is large enough to comfortably accommodate a queen-sized bed, a couch, a study table, a bookshelf, a small walk-in closet, a bathroom, and a dressing table.
The queen sized bed is placed beside the bedroom door with a nightstand on both sides of the bed. There are also small lamps on each nightstand. The dressing table is between two doors on the left side of the bed; one door leads to the walk-in closet whereas the other leads to the bathroom. Opposite to this arrangement, that is, on the right side of the bed is the study table and it faces the wall in front of it. The bookshelf is placed beside the study table, which contains books on Law, Business, Psychology, and some fiction. Instead of windows, the room has a sliding glass door in front of the bed which gives way to the balcony. The couch is placed beside the study table, facing the sliding glass door giving a perfect view of the sunrise and sunset. The room is surrounded by sour-coloured walls which represent her life, that is, pale and dull.

Upon entering the room, their eyes fell on the petite figure lying in the middle of the bed, snuggling more into the pillow in an attempt to hide from the sunlight that was peeking through the curtains that covered the glass door.

"Ketu what do you think she is dreaming about?" asked Ritika examining her elder sister's facial expressions.

"I don't know. It's not like she discusses it with me. My guess will be something about the court. She might be dreaming about defending her clients in court or something." answers Ketki knowing well that for her sister, work is life.

"Come on Ketu, I think she is dreaming about her prince charming," said Ritika.

"Just because it is her engagement today, doesn't mean she is dreaming about her prince. I am pretty sure she forgot the fact that it is her engagement today," said Ketki taking a step towards her study table.
