Adaline always hated the time around Thanksgiving growing up, especially after the divorce. Her and her siblings would scrape together what they could find, leftovers and the cheapest possible food. Now, though, Thanksgiving isn't the worst thing in the world. She usually spends it alone nowadays, this is only the second thanksgiving in the apartment and she's spending it alone again, not like she has any problem with it. Everyone else is visiting family.
