I stood silently for a few minutes. The group was talking, getting along, for the most part. I didn't really want to get involved much. I sighed. This was tiring. Why can't we just know where we are already? Three of the remaining people woke up, they didn't notice the big group at first. That was surprising. One of them, a smaller one with pink hair, started walking over to me. She smiled and waved when she arrived.
"Hi! I'm Asa Otoguro, I make candy," She giggled, "I'm not sure where we are, though. I don't think I can make you any,"
"That's alright, I'm not a big fan of candy anyway, I'm Mamoru Kakahashi," I slightly smiled, "I'm not sure where we are either,"
"Oh, do any of them know?" She pointed to the group.
"No, but if you want, you can go talk to them," I shrugged.
"Huh? You seem upset, what's wrong?" She asked.
"Nothings wrong, just bored," I sighed.
"Ahh, how long have you been here?" She wondered.
"I'm not sure, but I was the first one awake," I explained.
"Ohh, that seems like it was boring," She rubbed her eyes, "I'm going to the group now!"She simply left. The other two didn't seem to be too interested in the group, so I approached them. They were a male with blue hair, it seemed to be in a bun, and a short girl with blonde hair and white eyes.
"Hey, you guys don't know what's going on, right?" I asked, knowing the answer.
"No idea," The male responded.
"I thought so," I laughed a little, "I don't know what's going on either, but, I'm Mamoru Kakahashi,"
"Ah, I'm Shichiro Suzuki," The male responded, "I write novels, you might know some of my works,"
"I don't think I do, but maybe," I responded.
"Isamu Oyama," The female said shortly, "I edit stuff, like pictures and videos,"
"That seems cool, like photoshop?" I asked.
"No, not photoshop," She sighed, "Nevermind,"
"Oh, alright, um, there's a few others over there if you'd like to meet them," I gestured to the group.
"Oh? Alright!" Shichiro left.
"No thanks, I don't like people," Isamu leaned against the wall and crossed her arms.
"I think it's best if you just meet them," I explained.
She groaned, "Whatever,"She walked over to the group, not very fond of the idea. I let out a sigh of relief. There was only one more person asleep. I hope they woke up soon. Waiting was getting tiring.
About 20 minutes passed before they woke up, but they finally did. I rejoined the group by then. They walked over to the group.
"Are you the last person?" I asked her.
"Huh? What do you mean?" She asked, still slightly set off as it seems.
"Nevermind, it's nothing," I shook it off, "I'm Mamoru Kakahashi,"
"Arisa Takasugi," She nodded, "Are you all Ultimate's?"
"Yeah, it's kinda weird," I shrugged.
"Damn, you're right," She nodded, "Well, I'll be on my way, don't wanna bore you,"
"What-" I was confused, I was bored, but how did she know? After a few minutes of us all introducing ourselves, there was a loud buzzing sound. The lights in the room suddenly all turned on. There was a voice.
"Ahem, hello everyone! I need you all to come find me! You will get your answers once you do!" The annoying voice laughed.
"Well, where the fuck are you?" Kaz mumbled, crossing her arms.
"I'm glad you asked! Follow the glowing arrows to reach me!" The voice cut out.I suppose that means whatever this is was starting. We looked around for whatever arrows it was talking about. Seiko pointed towards a door.
"Look, there's arrows!" She exclaimed.
"Great! Let's go!" Shin ran towards the arrows. We all followed. It was a long hallway. It only went one direction. We had no choice but to follow at this point. Some of them were running, others were walking. I was with the walking group with Isamu, Yokichi, Koki, Takahiro, and Shichiro. The others were running ahead.
"How long do you think this hall is?" I asked.
"It looks to be quite long, can't think of an exact number," Koki said, "But if I had to guess, I'd say half a mile maybe."
"T-That's a lot," Yokichi said.
"Not really, it might take us about 7 minutes at this speed. They're all going to get there in no time," He pointed to the runners, "As long as they don't stop running,"
"I think his estimate is about right," I said.We walked silently the rest of the way. The running group was stopped at a closed door. We were confused.
"What's going on?" I asked.
Seiko pointed to the door, "Look at it,"I stepped forward and read what the door said. It said "Killing Game". Is that what this was?! I almost fell backwards in shock, I shook my head.
"This- This can't be right," I continued shaking my head.
Kaz kicked the wall, "WHAT THE FUCK IS THIS?! IT'S NOT FUNNY,"
"She's right again," Ayu was even nervous about this.
"If this is a killing game, I think we know who's gonna kill someone first," Koki rolled his eyes.
Kaz pushed him against the wall, "SHUT THE FUCK UP IF YOU'RE NOT GONNA SAY ANYTHING USEFUL, SHITHEAD."
"Ouch, calm down," He adjusted his glasses.
Zenshiro started pullin on Kaz's arm, "Hey, I have a better idea, you can c-"
Kaz interrupted him by kicking his crotch, that definitely hurt, "FUCK OFF."
Shin ran towards him, "Are you okay?! That must've hurt,"
Zenshiro nodded and sighed, "I'm more than okay," He chuckled.
"Man, you're weird," Shin slowly backed away.
"THIS IS GETTING BORING!!" Seiko pushed the door open.
"SEIKO, NO-" Most of the group yelled at her, but it was too late. We were all pushed into the doorway.
"WHY THE FUCK DID YOU DO THAT?" Kaz pushed her.
"WE'RE ALL GONNA DIE HERE ANYWAY, LET'S PLAY THIS STUPID GAME OR WHATEVER IN THE PROCESS." She threw her arms to her sides.
"AHEM." The same voice from earlier was heard in front of us all, "Now that you're all here, finally, I can begin the explanation!"
