Once upon a time long ago
A lion was caught in a cage,
He saw A Brahmin passing by
He was surely an innocent sage.

The Lion called him but he was scared The Lion could harm him,
But The Lion promised that he
Won't eat a man so slim.

The Sage took him out from the cage
And gave him some water,
But The Lion now turned toward him
What did The Sage save him for?

The Sage revolted, "You promised
That you won't harm me at all.
I helped you to set free and now..."
Insisting he started to crawl.

"The tree gives you so many things
But you cut it and burn its parts,
The lakes help you a lot but you
Destroy its water." The Lion starts.

"A cow gives you milk but you
Slaughter him for eating things,
Your parents help you grow up
But only agony to them you bring."

"Showing gratitude isn't your habit
So why would you expect to get it,
Being cheated is what you deserve
And that's what on you fits."

But then A Fox approached the two
And heard the story from the start,
"He was caged and The Lion helped
Is that right?" He wasn't smart.

At last when he didn't understand
The lion went into the cage,
"I was in the cage, like this and
Who helped me was This Sage."

But instead of concentrating
The fox went to The Lion King,
And locked him inside the cage again
No matter what promises he sings.

The Sage went home safely
But he could never forget this day,
He learnt a lot from The Lion
Although in a very scary way.

He has promised himself since that day
To always show his gratitude,
To all those who deserve to get
All through his life, he has been rude.
