Farhaad looked at her sleeping form and than glanced at her house. He knew what awaits them. But he want to have as much time as possible before going inside. When he realised what was happening back at the village, he called his parents and told them to meet him at Mirza House. 

He didn't want to wake up Ilana. He didn't want to ruin her peace, which unintentionally he already did. Sighing he unbuckled his seat belt and shook her lightly to wake her up. A wave of euphoria hit him when she stretched herself cutely and looked around her confused. But as soon as she realised where she was, fear gathered in her eyes. Her dream rushing back to her. Farhaad saw it all...her changing expressions...from confused to fear to restlessness...he saw everything but couldn't do anything to take it away from her.

He shook her slightly making her awake with a jerk.

"Kya hua?" She asked looking around.

(What happened?)

"Tumhara ghar agaya." He said motioning towards her house making her tremble in fear. She nodded reluctantly and stepped out of the car followed by him.

(Your house is here.)

As soon as she entered her home, an astounded voice resonated in the living room.

"Ilanaaaa?" It was Hussain, on whose voice everyone turned to look at her and than at Farhaad behind her. Shocking gasps filled the room and no on uttered a word for good few minutes.

"Ye sab kya hai Ilana?" Her father's stern voice made her tremble in fear.

(What is all this Ilana?))

"Baba...wo...mai…" fresh tears started to flow down her cheeks as she wasn't able to meet her father's gaze.

(Baba...I...I…)

"Uncle mai batata hu. Wo actually…" and he narrated whole incident to them still standing behind her trembling body. (I will tell you uncle…)

Eerie silence engulfed them making their breath to come out in gasps. After ten minutes of sinking in the information Farhaad's mother finally broke the silence.

"Meri Bahu...badi pyari bahu laya hai mere bete ne." She kissed Ilana's forehead and did some balaye thing making both of them shock. (You have bought a very beautiful daughter in law for me.)

"Ha bhai pehli baar kuch acha kaam kiya hai." His father followed the suit taking him in a hug. "Chalo ab ajao dono kya yahi khade rehne ka irada hai raat bhar?" (Yes. For the first time he did something good.)(Now come on. Or do you want to stand like that only.)

They both looked at Ilana's parents who didn't budge from their places.

"Baba...Mama…?" She looked at them hopefully to which they turned their heads away making her cry hysterically.

"Uncle. Aunty. Isme Ilana ki koi galti nahi hai...Agar...agar...ap mujhe accept nahi karna chahte to…" they looked up at him. "To ham separate ho jayege." He said finally after taking a deep breath making all of them shock ignoring her boring eyes on him he looked down not meeting anyone's eyes when a slap was received on his back.

(It isn't Ilana's fault. If you don't want to accept me than we can think about separation.)

"Pagal ho gaya hai tu?" Hussain yelled at him. "Ya yeh koi khel chal raha hai? Jab chaha nikah kar liya or jab chaha talak le liye? Uncle Aunty mazak kar rahe hai." He said finally referring to Ilana's parents. "Umm right Uncle?" He was unsure himself.

(Are you mad?)(Is this a game for you?)(They are just joking)

"Of Course. Why would be upset with you when it wasn't your fault?" He laughed out loud engulfing Ilana in a hug making her cry in her father's embrace clutching him tightly.
