BLAST FROM THE PAST

Next day I was sitting in the living room listening Sabrina's rant about Akim but my mind was somewhere else. I was thinking every possible way my ex boyfriend will approach me next. Last time when I had an encounter with Rex was 4 years ago, when he killed my friends because they were trying to protect me from him. Yes, He was a sociopath and when I broke up with him he got crazy and went on killing spree.

I excused myself and went outside and made a call to one of the few people I know.

"Marty?" I asked on the phone.

"Raven? Oh my god! I mean thank god! You are alive...." He said

"That means it's true? He escaped?" I asked

"Yes! He did 2 days ago!" he said. "The security is on move, we are trying our best to catch him and we will!"

"Okay, keep me inform. Will you?" I asked worriedly.

"Yes!" he said and I ended the call.

I made my way towards Royce's office he need to know this. The moment I entered in the corridor I saw loads of guards and when I tried to move past them they stopped me and said I can't go there right now.

"Let me go through! Or....." I said and all of them exchange frightened look. I was about to kick the guard but he stepped aside and said "You can go!" raising his hands in surrender and I smiled.

I entered his office without knocking on the door and I think that was a mistake because the scene in front of me was not pleasant at all. A dead body lay on the floor of a woman, blood pouring out of her staining the carpet. Royce's father sat on the chair smirking and Royce was sitting behind his desk with calm expression.

I was shock, what the actual hell happened here? I kept staring at the woman thinking what would she have done to face death like this.

"Why are you standing by the door child? Come sit with us" Royce's father said and I nodded my head. Carefully I made my way towards the chair beside Royce's father dodging the blood on the carpet. But I kept looking at the body again and again.

"She was my secretary Arya....." Royce said looking towards me. "So why did you killed her?" I asked him but instead of him his father answered "She was a FBI agent sent by the US government to spy on us!"

Royce stood up completely annoyed by the presence of his father. He came towards me and took my hand leading me outside of the office. "Where are we going?" I asked and he said "you'll know!"

We went towards his garage and the moment we entered my eyes went wide, he has his own showroom of cars and all of them are super expensive.

"Pick one" he said

I said "I don't even know a thing about cars!" and he chuckled. "Just point out one" he said.

I sighed and pointed out towards the car with yellowish golden color. We both went towards the car and Royce whistled "Bentley Mulliner Bacalar....... You like it?" he asked and I nodded my head and he tossed me the keys. "It's yours now!" he said.

"What?" I asked and he said "Drive!"

"How much does it cost?" I asked and he said "Why do you want to know?" and I replied "Just general knowledge!"

"1.9 million dollars" he said and I stood there in shock.

He sat in the passenger seat and waited for me to join. I sighed and got in the car. He pinned a location in the GPS monitor and asked me to follow. Then I started driving the car.

"Royce I have to tell you something" I said and he nodded his head. "Look don't get angry... okay?" I said.

Then he faced me and I said while driving "My Ex Boyfriend Rex.....he kind of escaped from mental asylum and I got to know about it today in the morning"

"You had a boyfriend?" he asked in confusion. Excuse me? What does he mean by that? "Can't I have one? You are speaking like I am not capable of finding a boyfriend" I said, anger rising in me.

He shook his head and said "I didn't mean that! You never told me about your ex boyfriend! So I assumed that you never had one"

From the corner of my eyes I saw his hands clenched in fists and his right leg going up and down furiously. Oh My Italian Baby. "Why is he in Mental Asylum?" he asked and I replied "Because he is mental!" in dugh tone and he glared at me.

"He is Dangerous Royce! He killed my friends, he even harmed Noah once and I think....No I am sure that this time he is coming for us" I said and Royce asked "How could you be so sure?"

"I.....I.....I received a message........last night.....from him" I said and he said "And you didn't even tell me...." he said in anger. "Stop being a baby Royce! I am telling you now!" I said and again he glared at me. Then he crossed his arms and huffed. "Italian baby" I mumbled.

Finally we reached our destination and got out of the car, Royce still in foul mood. We got inside the building and I saw people training. Most of them are around my age and all were in black outfits. This place is way too different from the Satan Helper. The rough cemented texture of the walls and the way all the recruits are working.

"This is where we train our new recruits! And from now on you'll be leading them! We will discuss your schedule when we get home!" he said "But for now! Just go through the place and meet them!"

I hummed in reply. Royce threw his arm on my should and when we made our way in the middle of the training area all the training stopped and the recruits looked our way. They all know who I am to Royce, thanks to Italian media. Many girls looked towards me in jealousy and especially eyeing my huge engagement ring. I didn't even bother to look towards them making them feeling inferior to me. But some girls were looking towards me in awe and excitement.

A boy came towards us and greeted Royce. He didn't notice me yet but when he did his eyes became wide and he blurted out "beautiful!" I laughed and said "thank you!" but Royce on the other hand didn't take this well.

"Yes! I am aware that my future wife is beautiful Henry! Now mind your own business" Royce said with clenched teeth and instantly the boy named Henry ran in the opposite direction to avoid Royce's wrath.

"Continue your training!" he roared and everyone obeyed. "We are done here! " Royce said to me and led me towards the car.

"You are overreacting Royce!" I said while he yanked the car keys from me and sat in the driver seat. I on the other hand made my way towards passenger seat.

"Do you have any idea...how some men were looking at you?" he asked while starting the engine. I didn't reply to his question and he said "Lust! They wanted you in their bed!"

"What will you do then? Huh? Lock me in your little palace so that no one can see me except you?" I asked.

He suddenly stopped the car making it screech. He then gripped my jaw forcefully making me face him and said while directly looking into my eyes "I will put a fucking bullet in their head! There will only be me, thinking and doing all those dirty things to you. Do you understand?" he asked and I my nodded. He then gave me a rough kiss which made my toes curl.

He broke the kiss and started driving the car. Well that was intense.

Later we reached our home and saw my mother Lily, Sabrina and Royce's Mother on the doorstep and they were smiling evilly at me.
