i'm going to explain the 2SLGBTQIAP+ acronym (longest form from what i know) here (this doesn't explain all sexualities so it's ok if you don't identify with any of these):
2s = two-spirit: SPECIFICALLY to be used by indigenous groups (pretty sure indigenous americans but correct me if i'm wrong) and this is a label that an indigenous person can use to describe their sexual/gender/spiritual identity
l = lesbian: non-men attracted to other non-men (a pretty loose definition but there no singular way to define it)
g = gay: non-women attracted to other non-women (a pretty loose definition but there no singular way to define it) (note: lesbians use the term "gay" as well. the term is more universal)
b = bisexual/biromantic: someone who is attracted to 2 or more genders; generally (not all the time) girls and boys
t = transgender: anyone who doesn't feel like the sex they were assigned as at birth
q = queer or questioning:
queer: an umbrella term for sexual and gender minorities who aren't straight or aren't cis (cis, or cisgender, is when you identify with your sex assigned at birth)
questioning: people who don't know what their gender identity
i = intersex: someone who is born with reproductive or sexual autonomy that isn't exactly "male" or "female". sometimes doctors perform surgeries on these children, but others decide not to have them
a = aromantic, asexual, agender (NO I'M NOT INCLUDING ALLY THEY ARE NOT IN THE LGBTQ+ COMMUNITY):
aromantic: little to no romantic attraction to any gender (i'll explain the spectrum later)
asexual: little to no sexual attraction to any gender (i'll explain the spectrum later; gets mixed up with aromantic all the time it's annoying)
agender: doesn't feel like any gender (in the non-binary spectrum, but non-binary people tend to feel like they are a gender that isn't male or female, and agender people don't feel like any gender)
p = pansexual/panromantic: anyone who is attracted to anyone regardless of gender (they'll still respect your gender identity)
+ = all the other gender identities and sexualities that aren't straight, cis, or fake sexualities
just so you know, the fake sexualities include pedophilia and "super straight" or whatever tf
