she lives for the forest, adorned with nature, secrets and creatures/ it's the only place she feels herself/ when disaster strikes/ when stones come hurtling her way/ she is forced to flee to the only place she can think of/ seeking comfort in the rustic trees, the birds/ her only sense of salvation/ they would not judge her like the people she knew/ instead they quieted her chaotic soul/ they listened/ she didn't need to hide/ or feel afraid/ but she would be the one to talk to them/ pouring out her endless woes/ the forest was her place of safety/ the branches of the trees/ would curl around her comfortingly/ and the sunlight that peaked between the sea of  branches/ brought forth a soothing ease to her raging heart/ and she would stay in the forests for long hours/ sipping on the cool peppermint tea she'd brought/  of course such moments were not bound to last/ but at least those rare moments of tranquil and serenity/ would grant her a little more strength to face what was ahead of her/ gathering her thoughts and a little more courage for that day/ she stood up and walked away/ but she knew she would return again/ someday
