DAHAN-DAHAN NA nagmulat si Auri ng mata at napaungol dahil sa sakit ng katawan niya at balat.

"Miss, are you okay? Do you need anything?" A soft voice asked and that made Auri to turn and lie on her back to see who is with her.

"I-" Napangiwi si Auri dahil sa sakit ng lalamunan niya. Mabilis namang tumayo ang babae at kumuha ng baso at nagsalin ng tubig saka siya tinulungan na maupo para painumin.

"T-thanks..." Paos at nanghihina niyang pasasalamat dito.

"Mm-hmm..." Tipid itong tumango.

Auri stared at the woman and smiled weakly. "Where am I?"

"Sundust."

Maikling ni Auri ang ulo. "How?"

Nagsalubong ang kilay nito kaya't nagpatuloy siya. "I mean, how did I end up here?"

"I found you in the foreshore two days ago," sagot nito.

Medyo nanlaki ang mata ni Auri sa narinig. "T-two days?" Naninigurado na tanong niya.

"Yes."

"That means... I've been asleep for two days?"

Tumango ito saka tumayo mula sa pagkakaupo sa tabi niya. "I'll just call my friend who is a nurse."

"Wait," pigil niya bago pa man ito makalabas ng silid. "What is your name?"

"Kalisz," sagot nito na hindi lumilingon.

Auri sighed. The woman is cold and it just made her feel so unwelcome. Ang tipid nitong magsalita, hindi pa ngumingiti at wala pa siyang mabasa sa mata nito. Baka naging pabigat siya sa dalawang araw na wala akong malay.

Napatingin si Auri sa bintana at pinakinggan ang alon ng dagat. Then Auri smiled a sad one but with relief. She made it alive. All she could remember before she lost her consciousness is she was exhausted, thirsty, hungry and delirious after almost over a day in the ocean. Luckily she had her rest from nonstop swimming and floating when she saw a surfboard. A blessing in the middle of the ocean. Sumampa siya doon at ilang oras lang din siguro ang itinagal niya bago siya nawalan ng malay.

For the second in a row she cheated death. Auri hope that death will have up hunting her this time.

Bloody death give me a break.

Sumandal siya sa dingding at inalala ang lahat ng nangyari. Right now, Auri is certain that her brother is worried sick about her and so is Rage and the rest. And the likelihood that Kuya Prius already know something about her secrets is highly probable. Georgia was after all firm with ruining her.

Mahinang nailing si Auri sa kaalamang kapatid niya si Georgia. Sana lang wala na siyang ibang kapatid kay Olivia. Or if she has other, Auri hope they are sane. Blimmin' serviette its traumatic to deal with people related to Olivia. Like damn, she's still not over with nightmares after Olivia died before her eyes and now she's again traumatized by Georgia. Auri only hope that she will not have trauma from the ocean but the thought of going to the sea right now is scary. They night she spent in the vast ocean was mentally arduous as her mind constantly worry that sea creatures will just pull her down and devour her to death.

With her two hands, Auri rubbed her face and put her hair back. Her brain trying to push the agitation from the experience.

Napatingin siya sa pintuan ng silid ng muli itong bumakas at may pumasok.

Auri offered a smile when the woman carrying a medical kit smiled warmly at her. Nakasunod dito ang isang gwapo na cute na batang lalaki at ang babae kanina, si Kalisz.
