The Kennedy Method

Think of this like you are trying to use the wake back to bed method for lucid dreaming.

Go to sleep (preferably before 12 AM) and set an alarm to wake you up at 3 AM.

Get in a position you feel comfortable in and close your eyes, repeating affirmations like "i have shifted" "i am in my desired reality" etc.

While doing this, imagine a bright light is slowly or quickly clouding your vision (like a firework or a lantern)
