Her Eyes // James Potter

1° 𝙋𝙞𝙡𝙤𝙩

Cassiopeia Correlle was a Gryffindor, friends with most people regardless of their house or who they were friends with. She was daring, fun and reliable. Overall just someone you'd be friends with. That's why it was so confusing to see James Potter acting like she didn't exist, but over the years nearly everyone forgot they were ever friends.

"Wake up, Wake up" You hear that annoying voice yeah it's one of my best friends Lily. She wakes me up every morning at 5 in the morning like there's a reason we're in a clock tower.

"Lily, why do we live in the clock tower if I don't get to use it?" I said looking around the room full of red and brown. The room was fairly clean because Lily would have a fit if we left our clothes sprawled across the floor.

"Oh come on you get to eat breakfast because of me"

"yeah yeah anyways I'm going to start getting ready," I said getting my lazy ass out of bed which I've got to admit, was very unladylike but who even gets out of bed like an angel? nevermind people like Lily exist.

"Okay most of us are ready so who's going to wake up Marlene? and before you say me, I woke you all up so it can't be me because trust me it's a struggle waking up some of you, not being rude by naming names but Mary how long do you need to dream about what's his name?" Lily said annoyed.

"Galton Scamander, he's an amazing Hufflepuff and longer than you allow me"

"Oooh, we're talking about boys! So there's this really cute gu-"

"Well, no one has to wake Marlene up anymore because she's already awake!" I said cheerfully sitting back on my pride and joy, my bed. Getting Marlene out of bed is like an arm and leg workout, the school could be crashing and falling but she'd still be sleeping.

"That was easy! Who knew all we had to do for the past 4 years was talk about boys to wake her up. I blame you Lily" Mary said.

"What! Why me!"

"You're the smart one here!"

"She has a point" Alice agreed.

"Well, I'm sorry that I didn't find out how to wake Marlene up because I was busy making sure everyone's ready and not late for breakfast! I'm Sorr-"

"Well someone needs to take a chill pill," Marlene said pointedly. Another thing Marlene loves is winding people up, it's her only source of entertainment according to her. Lily is Marlenes' favourite target because it's so easy to rile her up, it's honestly quite funny because her face turns as red as her hair.

"I don't need pills, they're bad for your health and I want to stay health-" 

"Lily calm down. We didn't mean it like that and we're sorry if we made it seem like we didn't appreciate you waking us up every morning" I explained. I can't deal with this shit this morning,

They can do it in the afternoon.

"Plus we wanted to see how much we could piss you off" Marlene added.

"Ugh sometimes you guys are just as bad as Potter and Black," Lily said storming out of the dorm.

No one can be as bad as Potter and Black, they're so insufferable strutting around like they own the place which they don't!

"We should go calm her down before Potter does something stupid," I said walking out.

"Which is always" added Marlene.
