It has been 3 days since Luella was told she would start school in a couple of days. She had no clue what exact day though
As the soft morning light filtered through the curtains, Xander stood beside Luella's bed, gently calling her name to rouse her from her slumber. "Luella, princess, it's time to wake up," he murmured softly, his voice filled with tenderness.
With a gentle touch, Xander brushed a stray lock of hair from Luella's forehead, his heart swelling with pride at the thought of her first day of school.
She slightly groaned and turned around. Xander sighed "Ella wake up princess" he whispered again
"What?" she whined rubbing her eyes, turning around and looking at her older brother who was sat beside her
"You need to get ready for school," he said smiling slightly
Luella perked up and smiled big "Really!?" she shouted in surprise. Xander nodded "Come on get changed and come down to eat"
"Okay!" she said excitedly and walked to her wardrobe to take out a dress "Pretty" she muttered. Xander walked downstairs to get some cereal ready for her before she could leave the house
Adriel and Xavier were still asleep. Adriel didn't come home till 4 am and typical Xavier is still asleep
"Done!" Luella shouted walking into the kitchen "Sh" Xander whispered, Luella was confused and crossed her brows "Your brothers are still asleep" Xavier reminded her "Oh, sorry" she whispered playing with her fingers
"Come on, eat" Xander picked Ella up and put her on a stool, then placed a bowl of cereal in front of her
"I'm so excited," Ella said taking a spoonful of cereal, Xander chuckled "I can tell princess"
"Can't wait to make new friends" Luella muttered, Xander looked at her "No boyfriends," he said glaring at her.
Ella giggled "Mhmm, no boyfriends"
"Alright, let me go change. I'll be back" Xander told Luella before heading upstairs to change. He had to go to the office once he had dropped her off
