Up to No Good ~a Fred Weasley(+ cedric diggory) fanfiction~

After a long day of classes I walked down to the Hufflepuff common room just in time to see Cho closing the door to Cedric's room and start walking down the hallway

"Oh, um, hi." She said with a guilty look of being caught on her face

"Hi, Cho," I said ignoring it, "didn't expect to see you down here."

"I could say the same thing to you."

"Well I happen to be dating a Hufflepuff so it makes sense that I would be-"

"Cho, you left your-" Cedric came out of his room with his shirt unbuttoned, holding Cho's wand, "wand." His face dropped, "I didn't expect you to down here."

"Yeah, neither did Cho." I said and turned around to walk away

"Bella." Cedric said and rushed over to me, placing his hand on my shoulder. I shrugged it off, "Bella, I can explain."

"I'm sure you can." I turned around, "With some made up story that you'll convince me to believe while in reality that 'burn mark' is a hickey and the love you say you have for me isn't actually there."

"No, no, its not like that at all. Please believe me."

"Seriously Bella, it's not like that at all." Cho insisted in a not so convincing tone

"Yeah." I said and walked out and back up to my common room

"Woah, woah, woah. Step back. What happened?" Fred said when I walked past the couch to go up to my dormitory.

I turned to Harry who was sitting in an arm chair, "Don't ask Cho to the ball. She's not the kind of girl you think she is. And apparently Cedric isn't the guy I thought he was either." I said and ran up the stairs. Hermione trailed after me

"What happened?" Hermione asked and closed the door behind her

"Cho and Cedric. Just like Malfoy said. Must I go on?"

"Just a little bit."

"I ran into Cho on my way to Cedric's room. And then Cedric ran out of his room to give Cho her wand back with his shirt unbuttoned."

"Oh."

"Yeah. I'd like to be alone now if that's alright."

i heard muffled voices that got louder and louder, "How did you even get in here?"

"She tells me the new password every time it changes."

"I don't think she wants to see you."

"Let me talk to her."

"She doesn't want to see you."

"I didn't do anything. I just want to explain."

"I'd leave if I were you before I tell McGonagall that there is a Hufflepuff in the Gryffindor common room."

"Please. I need to talk to her. It's a misunderstanding. Nothing happened."
