'Keep It A Secret For A While' (Semi X Shirabu//SemiShira)

- Chapter 19 -

~ Thursday 2:00pm ~

Shirabu sat silently on the couch with Tendou, while Semi and Ushijima conversed about random stuff in the kitchen.

"Tendou thanks for the names, they're perfect" Shirabu said as he placed a piece of paper that Tendou had given him with names on it on the coffee table.

The red head smiles, patting Shirabu on the head before sitting back comfortably on the couch. Shirabu sitting in a comfortable position too, placing hands over his stomach as he closes his eyes, taking in the peaceful silence of the room.

(No clue what actually happens but please bear with me 🙃)

As the silence continued, Shirabu began to feel a sudden and excruciating pain in his lower abdomen, causing him to let out a small gasp of pain.

"T-Tendou, I think my water just broke....." Shirabu muttered out as tears welled up in his eyes, Tendou immediately shot up and began to panick as he heard those words. "SEMI! SHIRABU'S GOING INTO LABOUR!!" The red haired male shouted, Semi and Ushijima running into the room not long after.

Shirabu was sat breathing heavily on the couch, Tendou and Semi beside him trying to calm the panicking male, and Ushijima quickly on the phone calling the hospital.

"Shira, breath with me. C'mon, in and out" Tendou repeated as he held onto Shirabu's hand, both Semi and Tendou were panicking though they knew it'd be best to calm Shirabu first. "An ambulance is coming, they said lay him down in a comfortable position and get ******." Ushijima says, Semi and Tendou both nod and lay Shirabu on the floor with pillows supporting his body.

The begin to do what the doctor on the phone had told them, grabbing all the things they were told to get. Moving the coffee table out of the way, laying down towels and other things.

"This is fucking nerve racking." Tendou mutters as they help the in pain male, calming his breathing and trying to make him as comfortable as possible until a doctor gets here to help him properly.

It'd been 30 minutes of hearing the sandy haired male cry in pain, an ambulance had finally arrived and they had to perform a C-section from where the male was laying right now, as they didn't have enough time to get him all the way to the hospital which was 20 minutes away.

"Right, we'll take it from here boys" The doctor says as him and his assistant quickly set up their equipment and starting as soon as possible. Semi, Tendou and Ushijima all stay in the kitchen while they listen to the males pained shouts echoing through the house.

"Semi calm down, Shirabu's gonna be fine" Tendou says as he places a reassuring hand on the nervous and obviously worried male, his foot tapping against the tiled kitchen floor as he took in a deep breath.

"I'm just worried...." Semi mumbles as he covers his face with his hands, not wanting to think of anything bad that could happen.

"It's okay, we're worried too. Nothing bad will happen, I promise" Tendou says softly, giving Semi a smile and passing him a glass of water for him to drink.

Semi calms himself and drinks some of the water, placing the glass on the counter top before lifting himself up onto it and sitting there almost impatient to see Shirabu and his sons.

They waited for 2 hours before they heard the beautiful sound of new born babies crying, happy tears and quiet congratulations from the doctors in the living room.

"He's fine, it went perfectly, though we'll have to take them back to the hospital to make sure nothing is wrong with him or the babies." A doctor says, walking into the kitchen and giving them a smile.

All three males nod and the doctor's quickly take Shirabu and the twins to the hospital, Semi, Tendou and Ushijima following behind them in Ushijima's car. Once at the hospital they wait outside the room until they're allowed in.

Semi stood outside the hospital room with a smile plastered onto his face as he waited, Tendou and Ushijima also smiling at his happy face as they wait too.

"The father may come in first" A doctor says as he walks out of the room, standing with a small smile on his face as he motions for Semi to come into the room. The doctor leaves the two males alone, Semi immediately walking over to Shirabu who held two beautiful twin boys in his arms.

"They're beautiful...." Semi says as a tear of happiness slips down his cheek, he plants a kiss on Shirabu's forehead. Shirabu gives a small, tired and weak smile as looks down at the twins. "Etsuya and Eisaku Semi" Shirabu says, looking up to semi who gives a bright and happy smile.

Both males smile, happy with the family they now finally had.
