Bailey woke in a bed of fur blankets. Her head throbbed as she sat up. "Mizuki!" She said getting to her feet. She could smell him. His scent was almost the same as Sesshomaru's. Her eyes darted back and forth as she paced near the wall looking for the door. Tiny cries filled her ears as she leaned near the wall. Bailey stepped back and kicked the wall. As it crumbled there on the other side stood two women. One in a red cloak and one in black. "Ah. I see you've awakened." Nakano said slowly rocking Mizuki in her arms. Bailey's eyes widened as she stared at the woman in front of her. It was the same face that flashed in her mind at the palace. "Give me my son." Bailey growled furiously at Nakano. "Now that's not a very pleasant way to say hello." Luna the woman in red said mockingly. "Luna. That is enough." Nakano said sharply. "Bailey? Is it? Do you know who I am." Nakano asked. "No. Now as I said before give me my son!" Bailey said her eyes glowing and veins blackened and protruded under her eyes.

Luna stepped in front of Nakano her eyes glowing gold. "You wont land a hand on our mother!" Luna said through gritted teeth.

Bailey stepped back shock apparent on her face. "Our mother?" Bailey asked confused. "That is enough. Mother to both of you. But Queen Nakano to everyone else." Nakano said her eyes glowing bright gold as she held her arm out in front of Luna.

"Nakano. So you're alive?" Bailey asked. Nakano smiled. "Yes very much so, but the same can't be said for you." Nakano said walking towards Bailey. "This child. His blood calls to me. Your blood. Our blood. I have searched high and low for you over the last 620 years. But now one bite from one of us and you would perish. Your child is safer with us." Nakano said sharply. Bailey grabbed Nakano's arm and spun her around safely grabbing Mizuki from Nakano. Bailey looked down at him and pushed Nakano back towards Luna. "You're wrong. Your bite wont do anything to me. If you so much as lay a finger on my son again... I will kill you." Nakano gritted her teeth at Bailey. "You would kill your own kin?" Luna asked her teeth barred. Bailey turned to her and looked her up and down. "You're not my family. I am not the daughter of Nakano. Everyone in this time may think that but I'm not. You come after me or my family again and I will kill you all." Bailey said then sped to the path that lead to the forest. "Mother. What do we do now?" Luna asked. "We wait. Those marks on her back will begin doing their job soon enough. Zero was successful after all." Nakano said smiling. "Queen Nakano. Do we go after her?" The guard asked. "No. Let her be with her family when the marks take effect." Nakano said smiling. "We will obtain the child once Bailey's curse has fully taken over." Nakano explained. The guard nodded. "Luna follow them. Let me know when its done." Luna nodded and left.
Bailey used her super speed moving as fast as she could getting to the palace. Only the guards remained. Sesshomaru, Jaken, Towa and Setsuna were nowhere to be found. Bailey quickly caught her breath knowing exactly where they would go. She wrapped Mizuki up safely and transformed into her wolf form picked up Mizuki carefully by the wrap and sped off towards Kaede's village.
Everyone sat in Kaede's hut bewildered that the palace was attacked and that Bailey and Mizuki were captured. "So she's a lost princess? Daughter of the queen that abandoned her kingdom. What was her name? Nakano?" Kagome asked shocked. "There's no way she's not even from this time!" Inuyasha yelled stubbornly with his arms crossed on his chest. Sesshomaru's head shot up catching Mizuki's scent. Towa and Setsuna scrambled to the door after Sesshomaru shot from the hut. Bailey came running into sight with Mizuki bundled safely hanging from her mouth. Sesshomaru grabbed Mizuki from Bailey and held him tight as Bailey went into a nearby hut and quickly transformed and dressed. Sesshomaru wrapped an arm around her as she joined them. "Bailey! You're alright!" Towa said happily running up and hugging her. Bailey hugged her back and ruffled her hair. "We have a problem. Nakano is alive and wants Mizuki. But I have no idea what for." Bailey said but stopped abruptly her head shot to the side and she used her super sped and pinned Luna against a tree. "Luna!" Bailey growled tightening her grip around her neck. Luna gasped for air and tried to move Bailey's hand but it was no use. Bailey was stronger than her by far. "She wants the baby to bring back someone." Luna chocked out quickly. Bailey loosened her grip and let Luna drop to the ground. "What?!" Baikey growled. "Yes she had a deal with the demon Zero. She said she would ensure a sacrifice." Luna coughed out holding her neck. Bailey's eyes glowed gold with anger and she kicked Luna into the village. Bailey walked quickly towards where she landed and dragged her by her hair into a hut. Luna was now unconscious. "Jaken go get wolf'sbane soaked ropes." Bailey ordered angrily. Jaken quickly scurried off. Sesshomaru came up beside Bailey and look down at Luna then looked at Bailey. "Mizuki is in danger. You need to take him far away from here." Bailey said. Sesshomaru frowned. "I will do no such thing." Sesshomaru said coldly. Jaken soon returned with the ropes and Inuyasha tied up Luna. Bailey took a bowl of cold water and splashed it onto Luna's face. Luna woke up gasping in shock as the cold water drenched her. Bailey took her arm and looked her in the eyes. "Why are you here?" Bailey's pupils dilated as she asked. "I was sent by our mother to watch you until your curse takes full effect. Then I was to return with the child to start to sacrificial ritual." Luna said still looking into Bailey's eyes. "What happens when the curse takes full effect?" Bailey asked. "The curse will make you into a ripper. Killing everything and everyone in sight. It shouldn't be long now. It takes five years for it to take effect." Luna said. Bailey gasped and looked to the others. Everyone had horrified looks on their faces. "How do we stop it?" Sesshomaru asked. "How do we stop the curse?" Bailey asked "There is no stopping it. It's been slowly taking over your body for the last 5 years. Its ironic that mother had been searching for you and come to find out you're the one that had been cursed by Zero." Luna shook her head. Bailey's head dropped her heart squeezed with pain. She finally had everything that she wanted again. A home. A family and now it will all be ripped away from her again. "Time is running out dear elder sister."
