"Is this all?" The cashier asked.

"Yes. How much is it?" Y/n replied.

She bought every strawberry-flavored ice cream they had and shoved it to the counter.

"That will be $46.04." The cashier said.

Y/n gave her the black card and she looked surprised.

"Um, what's your name miss?" She asked.

'Seems like she has her doubts. After all, it is a black card.'

There are three types of special vip card.

The gold card for few millions in store, diamond card with the capacity of hundreds of millions, and the black card for more than a billion of dollars.

"It's Y/n L/n."

The cashier swiped the card.

"Please press for your fingerprint." She added.

Y/n pressed her thumb on the screen and it got confirmed.

The cashier then placed the ice creams in the plastic bag and handed it to Y/n after.

"Thank you for purchasing. Come again soon!" She gave Y/n a wide grin.

Y/n just nodded in reply and continued to walk.

After walking out from the mall, she sat in a bench and started eating her ice creams one by one.

"Hahh... so yummy." She sighed.

She leaned her head in the bench and looked upwards.

The sky was clear and clouds passed by with the wind.

"Wow, I'm sure this series is gonna be a good one too."

"Yeah. After all, it's written by the same author."

"I wonder how she looks like in person?"

Y/n suddenly heard the people sitting beside her talk about her.

The poster of the upcoming series, Eyes to See was pasted everywhere. They did it so that there's not a single person who won't know about it.

"Hey, is the author really that good?" Y/n stepped in with their talk.

The two of them looked like a couple.

"What?" The girl asked.

"I mean, why do you say that Egbertyne is a good author? Are you perhaps a fan?" Y/n added.

She wanted to test out their reaction as well as their answers.

"Oh! Of course! I've been a big fan since years ago. I just love how she writes her stories without holding back to scare her readers. Haha." The girl replied.

"I also love her work." Her boyfriend added.

"Ah, I see. Have you met with the author?" Y/n asked.

"About that.. I still haven't met her in person. But if she holds a meet-up with her fans, I would totally go there." She said.

"Hm. Alright, thanks for answering. I'll get going first." Y/n said as she stood up.

She then walked away from them and heard their small mumblings.

"She's weird."

"I'm guessing she's an anti-fan."

.
.

Y/n was bored in the meantime so she went inside the mall again to watch some movie. Her very own horror movie.

As the movie started, everyone was silent.
