Stargazing in a city sky
Hand in hand
It was a summer night.
They lay on the dewed grass
talking about dreams-
of bleak futures, and taking things easy.
The breeze kissed their faces,
and the moon, like a proud mother smiled-
As his eyes met her blushed ones;
and hopes and promises shined.
