You know it's pretty
Late now baby.
So come back here,
And lie down with me.
Laugh and cry.
We can talk about whatever,
Or just look at the ceiling
Maybe stare at eachother.
Dance around the room
Or hum songs softly.
Cover ourselves in blankets
And hold eachother.
We can watch
Old movies
Or talk about
The cold weather.
Who knows?
Maybe I'd kiss you,
Maybe we would just
End up sleeping together.
Summer is changing to winter.
All I know is the nights,
Are getting longer.
I want to wake up to you.
Tomorrow, and every day after.
So stay and lie
Down next to me.
Let's face tomorrow together.
