Mini Chapter: Nezuko's fight

Quick A/N: Sorry this took so long, I kept thinking of new ideas for the chapters and forgot to make this one.

3rd Person POV

Nezuko and Mina are the hero team against Katsumi and Momo.

"Any idea for a plan?" Mina asks as the two were waiting to enter the building.

"From what Izu has told me Katsumi is very short tempered and will probably attack the second she sees us. She'll probably not even listen to Momo and will come attack us on her own. Momo is really smart and will probably have a bunch of traps set up." she says.

"You thought of all that, that fast?" Mina asks.

"Living with Izu has made me quite observant and I had to learn to think quickly to not get hurt in his training." Nezuko says.

"Hero's may now enter the building." Inkhoe says over the speaker. The two make there way into the building and sneak around, heading up the stairs. Nezuko suddenly stops and holds out an arm signaling Mina to stop as well. She puts a finger to her mouth to signal quiet and Mina nods. Nezuko listens and hears faint explosions in the background, gradually getting louder.

"Katsumi is coming right to us. I'll distract her, you head up and take on Momo until I can help you." Nezuko whispers. Mina nods and the two slowly creep down the hallways until the explosions suddenly stop. Nezuko quickly grabs Mina and pulls her down, the two barely dodging an explosion.

"There you two are! Now die!" Katsumi yells. She jumps at the two again and attempts to throw an explosion powered punch at the two. Nezuko quickly jumps up and kicks the arm away with one leg then spins and kicks her in the head with the other. Katsumi flies across the hall and slams into a wall as Nezuko lands on the ground.

"Mina! Go, now!" Nezuko yells taking a fighting stance.

"Okay!" she yells. She runs off as Katsumi climbs to her feet, a pissed off expression on her face.

"You'll pay for that you bitch!" she yells charging at Nezuko again. She holds out her arm and a giant explosion launches towards Nezuko. A red glow rises in her legs and she jumps off to the side, dodging the explosion. She lands on the ground and steam slowly rises off her legs. The red glow rises again and she jumps at Katsumi much faster than before. She throws a kick at her head and Katsumi barely ducks down avoiding the kick. Still midair Nezuko turns and slams an axe kick into the top of Katsumi's head. Katsumi falls to the ground and quickly launches explosions from her hands to make herself fly back into the air. She spins around and slams an explosion into the demon girls side, sending her skidding across the ground. Nezuko quickly gets to her feet as Katsumi rockets towards her again. Katsumi throws a massive left hook and Nezuko raises her leg, blocking the strike. She moves her foot and redirects Katsumi, slamming her into the ground and pinning her with her foot on the girls wrist. Nezuko raises her foot and attempts to slam a foot into Katsumi's head. Katsumi barely moves her head to the side, making Nezuko's foot hit the ground. Katsumi then uses her right hand and sets off a large explosion, enveloping Nezuko, and making the girl fly into the wall. Nezuko gets back to her feet as the two stare each other down. Katsumi's left gauntlet suddenly glows and an insane grin grows on her face.

"I'm guessing you don't know how my quirk works. I secrete a nitroglycerin like sweat that I can ignite to create the explosions. And what do you think happens when I store all of that sweat up?" she asks pulling back the clip on the gauntlet, revealing a pin. Nezuko's eyes widen and she looks around to take cover but finds herself in an open hallway.

"Young Katsumi don't do it! She'll die!" Inkhoe yells over the speaker.

"Nezuko, hurry up and beat this rat so I don't have to listen to her yelling." a new voice says over the speaker. A small smile grows on Nezuko's face as she takes a ready stance.

"You got it, Izu." Nezuko says.

"Now die!" Katsumi yells pulling the pin. A gigantic explosion rockets from the gauntlet towards Nezuko who's left leg glows a bright red. She raises her leg and swings a roundhouse kick at the explosion. The kick creates a large amount of wind pressure towards the explosion, resulting in the two attacks clashing and imploding on itself creating a smoke cloud.

"Did I get her?" Katsumi asks herself panting. The smoke suddenly splits apart and Nezuko is revealed jumping at Katsumi. Her right leg glows a bright red and she slams it into Katsumi's head, resulting in the girl burying herself in the ground, finally unconscious. Nezuko lands on the ground and goes to walk over to Katsumi only to limp when stepping with her left leg.

"Ow! That stings." Nezuko says looking at her leg. The skin on the leg was lobster red and slightly blistering, though it was quickly healing due to her demon regeneration. Once she makes sure her leg is okay she ties Katsumi up in the capture tape. Once Katsumi is secured she runs up the stairs to Mina's location. She reaches the room to see acid in a few places and Mina with a few bruises standing across from Momo who was holding a staff and had a few burns across her body. Momo goes to swing the staff at Mina and Nezuko quickly jumps in and kicks the staff, snapping it in half. She lands on the ground in front of Mina and the two take fighting stances.

"Thanks for making it Nezuko." Mina says rubbing one of her bruises.

"No problem. Now let's win this." she says with a smile. The two charge forward and Nezuko throws a kick at Momo who quickly makes a shield on her arm. The kick connects with the shield and Nezuko uses it as a launching pad and jumps off it as Mina throws acid on the shield, melting it. Momo, caught by surprise was unable to see Nezuko falling towards her. She raises her leg and slams it down onto the top of her head and knocks her into the ground.

"Mina, grab the bomb!" Nezuko says holding down Momo.

"Got it!" she says. She jumps at the bomb and manages to grab it, securing there victory.

"The heroes win!" Inkhoe says.

"Yay! We won!" Mina cheers jumping around. Nezuko climbs off Momo and helps her to her feet.

"You did really well Momo. Sorry you had to lose though." Nezuko says.

"It's quite alright Nezuko. This was a valuable learning experience for me to learn my limitations." Momo says.

"Let head back to the monitor room so the next team can go." Nezuko says. the two girls agree and they all walk off to the monitor room.
