Addison Cullen sat on the back of Jasper Hale's motorcycle, the honey-blonde stood next to her, his arms crossed over his chest as they watched the scene play out in the school parking lot. Jacob Black climbed off his motorcycle striding towards Edward and Bella dressed only in a tight black t-shirt and grease-stained jeans, no jacket despite the fact that it was freezing cold and even Addison who was a vampire had donned Jasper's leather jacket.
Addison knew she should have remained serious like her husband but as Jacob tried to act all-bad boy with a motorcycle she couldn't help but lean over "you look hotter on a bike" she whispered in Jasper's ear making his serious facade crack for a moment "behave" he coughed before becoming serious once again making her smile grow like she had won something.
Isabella was delighted to see her best friend calling out his name happily but Edward was the opposite as he subtly but protectively pulled Bella back, the other students much like Addison and Jasper watched from a distance out of earshot. "Hey, Charlie said you left town" Jacob spoke once he stopped walking "yeah to visit my mom why?" Bella asked as Jacob seemed to concentrate on something making Edward seem to be in distress "just checking to see if you're still human- I'm coming here to warn you if your kind come on our land again"...

Addison could tell the situation was becoming heated and with one swift yet graceful movement she hopped off the motorcycle grabbing her husband's arm as they moved placing themselves closer to Edward and Bella just in case. "Emmett and Paul had a misunderstanding, there is nothing to worry about" Edward's reassuring words only made Jacob scoff "listen to you, did you lie to get her out of town too?" As Addison's eyes flicked back and forth between the two arguing over Bella she couldn't help but thank every single God and Goddess for giving her Jasper who was reasonable and different. "She has a right to know, she is the one the red-head wants", "Victoria? Alice's vision..." Bella realized.
