The soap is dirty.
Explanation: First of all, you're DROPPING a bar of soap, making it break. And you didn't say if it was wet or not. Second of all, when you think about it, a dry soap bar would make stains on the already dirty floor. Same thing with the soap bar, the dirt getting on the white or whatever color the soap is.
