Morning light shimmered through her eyelashes and a soft smile curved her lips. Drips of water from the night's rain sprinkled down on her nose from the canopy above. As ever, the damp smell of earth, the sounds of her friends, and the warmth of the sun relaxed her.
The earth cradled her body in perfect repose, and yet she rose, light as a feather, up into the breeze, boundless and powerful, effervescent energy bubbling into every fiber of her being.
This was one of her favorite daily rituals; gathering energy from her beautiful home, Arda. The earth, the air, the water, and the fire of the sun all sent their power into her.

Bliss spiraled through her as for a good hour she maintained her focus in the present moment. The consciousness of Arda and all beings crested over her in waves. The dew, sunshine, air and dirt lent her their elemental energy.
