The rest of the day went by fast.

Everyone had been talking about the final's for our football team, they were playing against a team from another town that was just before ours.

Throughout the rest of the day, I hadn't missed the unfortunate stares from people.

I absolutely hate attention so I don't necessarily think hitting a popular football player was the best option, though I don't regret it.

I also hadn't seen Angel for the rest of the day.

After the small discussion at the lockers the bell had rung, so we all went our separate ways.

I can't help the hopeless feeling of missing him, he's become a big deal in my life now, even though we haven't known each other for long, he was slowly becoming an addiction.

A drug that I craved.

Tyson picked me up from school and had dropped me home, he said he had 'business' to deal with out of town so he would be back mid-morning tomorrow.

Ian and Miya were picking me up for the football game tonight.

I got ready for the game, I wore short shorts and matched them with a merely oversized team jersey, that was engulfing my whole body.

I put on my white converse and then took my purse, placing my phone and other necessities inside.

Just as I made my way downstairs a knock was heard from my door.

I opened it up and was met with Miya and Ian.

"Hey, guys." I greet.

"Hey, D. You ready?" Miya asks.

I nod my head and close the door behind me as we make our way to the car.

The ride to our school was short, we carpooled to Chase Atlantic, singing our absolute lungs out.

We walked inside the school, teens scattered around, some from our school and some from the opposite team's school.

Ian had left so he could get ready for his game, which left Miya and me by ourselves.

"It's packed with people already and the game doesn't even start for another 30 minutes," Miya points out.

I laugh and walk over to an empty row of seats.

"I'll be back, I need to pee." I tell Miya.

She gives me a thumbs up and sits down in her seat.

I walk away and walk towards the bathrooms.

I hum to myself as I walk into the ladies restroom, pushing the door open two cheerleaders were standing in front of a mirror getting ready.

I'm assuming they're from the opposite team since their outfits were different colours to our teams.
