Taehyung's POV~

My meeting with overseas dealer ended...I switched on my phone "18 missed calls from y/n" flashed on my screen , I got worried as she never calls me unnecessarily

I sat in my car , while driving..I called my informer...
V - "Did anyone come to my house or Did she go somewhere today?"

Agent - Yes sir , in afternoon..she went to pick up a kid with the driver and in evening , she herself drove to your company..she came back after a couple of hours.. that's all sir!

I cut the call and fastened my speed..I don't know why I'm getting a strange feeling as if something bad has happened today..

I checked the time , it's already past midnight , "she must have slept by now"..I thought as I entered the mansion

Before going upstairs..I went to my home office to put my briefcase safely in there..though the office was neat and clean , my sharp observation noticed some things displaced from their actual positions..
"I hate it when anyone enters this office without my permission"...I said to myself

"y/n know this then why did she go there?"..I thought going upstairs

I entered our shared bedroom only to find my beautiful wife sleeping..I instantly forgot all my tiredness as soon as I saw her..I sat near her sleeping figure , caressed her soft cheeks..after seeing her completely fine , I sighed in relief and went to bathroom to take a quick shower

Author's POV~

You opened your eyes when Taehyung went..you were pretending to be asleep earlier..now you turned to lay on your side releasing deep sigh , your eyes were filled with tears

After sometime..water stopped running in the bathroom and you heard the sound of door opening and closing..you immediately closed your eyes...Tae laid next to you..hugging you like you're a soft toy...

On one hand , you wanted to run far away from him while on other , you just wanted to hold him close and ask for an explanation...this dilemma left your heart restless..and you silently cried yourself to sleep

| A Week Later |

Taehyung's POV~

It's Sunday today and I finally got time to spend with my love...she is in the kitchen right now , so I went there , back hugged her..putting my nose on her neck , I inhaled her sweet scent...but she didn't respond infact she freed herself from me saying "I'm busy"

She is behaving completely different from the past week... Everytime I go near her , she makes excuses to distance herself from me...

Taehyung - why are you unnecessarily busy today? We have servants , they will take care of work..we should spend the day together , shouldn't we?

Y/n - Yeah...but I sent the maid back , she wasn't feeling well

"How sweet she is"..I thought and again back hugged her while she was doing dishes

Taehyung - fine then , I'll wait for you till you're done

We both were silent for some time , then she spoke up

Y/n - Do you have something to tell me?

Taehyung - Ummm...yes! That you are really beautiful

Y/n - I'm serious Tae! Isn't there ANYTHING that I should know about?

Why the heck she's trying to pick up a fight when I'm talking sweetly...her ignorant behaviour is really annoying me

Taehyung - Fine if you're not in a mood to talk politely ! I'm not gonna disturb you now

I turned around...ready to leave but..
