" where my sister at? " ash said running into the hospital with a little boy on her hip.. she came and stood next to me.
" she's in surgery " kayla answered her. ash looked at her with her eyebrows raised.

i got up walking to her room first.. i ain't care who else was coming. i knew i was going doe.
once i entered her room i seen her laying there wit all types of tubes connected to her followed by wires.. " im so sorry smiley " i said walking over to the side of her bed grabbing her hand.
i heard the door open, looking up i seen ash and Kayla. " awe look at my sissy " kayla cried walking over to me rubbing my back.
" i really don't understand how this shit happened.. she shouldn't be in this hospital bed like dis. " ash shook her head staring at her sister.
" nunna us understand it ash, we all confused just like you " Kayla spoke softly.
" if my sister don't make it out this room im painting this whole fucking city red.. we all we got " she said as tears formed in her eyes..
i understand where she coming from, it was always just her and smiley..

a couple doctors came running in " CLEAR " one of them yelled before shocking smiley with the defibrillator..
he did it 2 more times before smiley's eyes opened as she caught her breathe.
" everyone out ! " the same doctor yelled pushing us out.
" WHY DO WE GOTTA GET OUT?! THATS MY SISTER " ash yelled with tears in her eyes, the little boy she had started to cry as she picked him up shushing him.
