A Different Beginning ~ Part 43 ~ Updated: 1/28/15 Late Evening
Gabriel’s hands slowly let go of my hair after using the blow dryer. He shifted in front of me and lightly touched my cheeks. “Beautiful.” I smiled weakly blushing as well and he lightly cupped my cheek. “I have a button up shirt for you.” I glanced over to his hands before nodding. He placed a soft kiss on my forehead before retreating from the room.
Taking a moment I relaxed calming myself down. Moving was hard but I managed to get over to the clothes and put on the deodorant. Then the blue and purple plaid shirt and some tight black pants and black socks. Looking at myself in the mirror I hardly recognized myself. I felt pretty even with those scars hidden under my clothes. Shifting my shirt up slowly I removed my bandages and tears slipped as I looked at my black and purple stomach. Feeling sick I rushed to the toilet and threw up. My entire body shook and the air shifted.
Hands rushed through my hair and I turned meeting Kota’s soft green eyes ablaze with worry. “Sang?” His voice ripped through me and I shook holding my bandages in one hand. His eyes widened and he lightly pulled me into him. “I’m going to move you to the chair.” Being carried to the chair he held me against his chest and covered my ears. “SEAN!” He called and the door soon crashed open Dr. Green and Mr. Blackbourne rushing in.
Dr. Green rushed over and Kota quickly began to explain. “She was throwing up.” He whispered holding me to his chest in order to steady me.
“Pookie do you feel nauseous?” I shook my head quickly taking in slow breaths and flinched as Dr. Green’s hands away as he started to touch my chest. “Sang?” His voice was quiet. I glanced over to him and realized what I had done.
“No..” I whispered quickly reaching out to hold his hand. “I’m sorry. I’m sorry I took off my bandages to change them and…” I wheezed hard and rushed into Kota’s chest as I let out soft sobs. Kota’s hands touched my back carefully rubbing.
“Sean she got nauseous from the look of her stomach.” Mr. Blackbourne whispered and Dr. Green moved forward quickly shifting my shirt up to reveal the horrible bruises and Kota gasped. I closed my eyes tight shaking hard as bandages were wrapped around me. Dr. Green offered his hands and I was in his arms instantly as he carried me out of the bathroom. North and Silas stood outside and followed us into Victor’s room.
Dr. Green sat slowly on the bed with me sitting on his lap and I wheezed out slowly as the oxygen mask found my mouth. Breathing in slowly, I glanced up to Dr. Green and he placed a kiss on my forehead. “I hadn’t meant for you to change your own bandages. I would have once you came out.” He whispered and I nodded quickly clinging to his shirt.
Silas shifted closer and rubbed my back slowly. “Aggele?” I glanced over and I saw a blanket in his hands. I quickly nodded and it was wrapped around me as I closed my eyes.
“You smell good Pookie.” Dr. Green smiled and I couldn’t help but smile.
“Thanks..” I whispered as I slowly pulled the mask away.
Dr. Green leaned forward placing his noes to my head and breathing in deeply. I giggled softly calming down and Dr. Green smiled as well. “There is Sang. I thought we lost you there.” I smiled big and hugged the other.
