2nd Person Pov

,,  (y/n)~!  Is that you? " You flinched at the unstable voice.

You turned around to see Kaeya, who seems to be intoxicated with the alcohol from the multiple cups of Dandelion Wine he had this night. To celebrate your receiving of your license, Kaeya decided to treat you a drink at the popular tavern. However, It seems that the cavalry captain is treating himself to a drink as to quietly sipped on your apple juice Charles whipped out for you.

,, Did i mention how your (E/c)  eyes were beautiful? "

,, mhmm... " You hummed as you quickly finished up your apple juice and got up from the chair.

,,  going so soon, (y/n)? Can you help Kaeya and carry him back, " Charles ask.

,,  No, i'll try to find Huffman to help him... I don't trust myself with these, " You said as you left the tavern, putting on your cape in the process.

As you exited to the fresh air outside, you gazed up at the starry night. As yoh admired the beautiful dark sky, your eyebrows began to furrow. During the previous weeks, you were unable to recall anything from your past. be it places, people or animals, you could not remember anything over the course of those weeks.

Am i doing something wrong? Why can't i remember anything in the past?!  You scolded yourself as pain struck your head.

You pressed on your temples as your made your way to the boat deck for a better look at the sky. As you reach the docks,  you sat at the edge of the dock, feeling the water of cider lake with your bare feet as you placed your shoes next to you. You watched as rippled formed on the deep waters of the lake as you moved your legs slightly. Thought the atmosphere felt eerie and silent, it was peaceful as you had a moment of solitude.

,,  Why are you here? " A deep voice asked, almost making you fall into the water as you craned your neck.

You saw the red-haired bartender from before, now wearing  a dark brown coat with fur trims. You almost did not recognize  the man if it weren't for his crimson hair and eyes.

,, Diluc... Am i right?  " You asked as the saw the man nodding.

,,  Yes, I'm Diluc. Anyway, Why are you here? " Diluc asked, repeating his question.

,,  I... Was thinking about something... " You told the red haired.

,, Everytime i try, i just can't seem to remember much of my past, " You started.

,,  I'm not sure why but... It feels like im doing something wrong, I don't even know my real name,   " You sighed.

,,  You're suffering from Amnesia, " Diluc spoke hastily.

,, Huh? "

,, It's likely that your suffering from Amnesia, " Diluc repeated his sentence again to you.

,,  Amnesia? " You tilted your head as you got up from sitting at the edge.

,, Yes, It's known as memory loss. It usually occurs during incidents, " The red hair explained.

,, Since you crashed to the banks that day, it's highly possible that that was the cause of your amnesia, " He continued.

,, However,  It's alright to not remember things, especially when you have amnesia, "

,, Oh...  I see, so forgetting is normal?" You asked as Diluc nodded.

After hearing what Diluc said, you started to feel at ease again. You no longer need to worry about recalling your past as fast as possible. Although, a few things still disturbed your mind.  Yū and Hoshiko... You repeated the names you remembered from a few memories you recalled with them. I hope they're doing alright...

As you putted on your shoes and returned to the gates with Diluc, you heard a nerve wrecking laugh. You were stumbled aback by it as Diluc stood his ground, looking at the direction of the laugh. There, You witnessed two humanoid creatured floating to the direction of you and Diluc before halting immediately .

Taking the opportunity, Diluc rushed towards one of them. He quickly grabbed its head and slammed them to the ground with all his might. You winced at the impact while the other humanoid creature distance itself. The red haired glared down at the injured creature before he glued to the unharmed one.

,,  Abyss Order... What do you want now? " Diluc growled at the creature.

,,  Abyss Order...? " You mumbled as you examined the creature.

,, My... I never thought that we'll find Him in a flash, " The light blue creature stated, putting a finger on his chin.

,,  You... YOU IDIOTIC BRAINLESS MANIAC- " The dark blue creature mustered the strength to get up only to be pinned down by Diluc stepping on him.

The Creature screeched in pain as you gripped onto your cape, tighter by every second. What in the world is going on?

,,  You Abyss Mages... So annoying... " Diluc commented as he started to walk over to the cryo Abyss Mage.

The Hydro Abyss mage took the chance after Diluc left him and quickly disappeared after having enough strength to get up. The read haired hesitated before turning back to see the hydro Abyss mage grabbing on You.

,,  What- What are you doing?! "

When i was writing this, i hate the last few parts of this chaptet DX. Gotta write a fighting scene which is going to kill my brain cells 👀""

Anyway, I'm alive again and I'm planning a New Fanfic!  It's a HunterXHunter fanfic . I'm also rewriting an old fanfic of mine and would probably publish it when i start writing. These two books will probably be the things i'll do if i hit writer's block for Astray Memories and practice writing the dialogs from the anime to help me with the future chapters of this book.
