A Different Beginning ~ Part 69 ~ Updated: 3/1/15 Late Evening

***POV Mr. Blackbourne***

The screen flicked onto a list of current account amounts and different favors. Each categorized by the group member. The total at the bottom however was what always had my attention. Things were getting tough, the school wasn’t getting any better and the boys were all over a bird. And so was I. My mind flashed of visions of Sang laughing and I couldn’t help but smile.

We were all smitten over Sang Sorenson and all nine of us couldn’t believe how lucky we had been to find her. I glanced over at Sean who lounged in his chair at his desk his feet up as he plays with the computer off to the left. Sean and myself found us wondering about this subject a lot more than we thought. What were we going to do when the job ends and we are forced to leave this beautiful girl?

Distracting me from my thoughts, my jacket vibrated. I glancing down, I opened up my right breast coat and pulling out my phone from the interior pocket. Glancing at the text message my heart froze.

Kota: Sang is GONE.

I reread the text and instantly started jabbing at the phone to dial Kota. She was gone? What do you mean she was gone?

The quiet clicking on the other side of the room had stopped and I glanced over meeting Sean’s green eyes. They were wide in surprise as I put the phone to me ear. I ran a quick hand through my hair nervous and his eyes widened shooting me a silent message. “What’s going on?”

“Sang is gone.” I muttered under my breath listening to the ringing of the phone. Pick up dammit. Pick up. The ring ended and the sound of shifting filled the other end of the phone as Sean rushed over to my side.

“KOTA LEE Report!!!” I barked into the phone now standing trying to contain my worry and my anger. How had they lost her?

“She was in class. We dropped her off and she rushed out to go to the bathroom with no one else. She hasn’t come back and she hasn’t responded to messages.” Kota’s voice was airy as he stated the information as quickly as possible worry in his voice.

My eyes widened in pure fear and I rushed to look through the different cameras. She had left on her own will. Why? Why when she knew she was in so much danger at this moment.

I clicked off the phone placing it on my desk as I rushed to open the cameras scanning the bathroom areas. “She is gone?!” Sean’s voice was high with worry as my eyes rushed over the screen searching for the blonde girl. My mind raced trying to think of answers. Why had she rushed away? A second later, I spotted Sang leaving the bathroom, the camera on her and then dash off she made eye contact with a few other camera’s in the hall and then turned down another hallway. What was she doing? My phone vibrated on the table and I glanced down.

Sang: The reason why you couldn’t make him leave is because you didn’t have him on camera.

My eyes widened and instantly I started to tap into Sang’s phone. She had figured out why McCoy was still in the building. “Oh god no…” Sean whispered under his breath and I held mine in turn  as I spotted Sang putting her phone up on top of what looked like lockers.
