Yeah, so the only reason why they were playing in the frontier was to win the bonus prize: a trip to America.
They wanted to go there so that they can get some limited edition figure (Cosmic Pretty Reina) that are only sold there. So Megane/Willy said that when Raimon wins the frontier, he will get them for them.
So, yeah. Long-story-short, Raimon won.

Sure you could say that they paid for their own trip to America. But, if they had the money to travel, or have one delivered, then there would be no point in them entering the Football Frontier in the first place.
