19. first kiss

taehyung was still floating in euphoria, dazed and dreamy, while on his way to seokjins home to meet with jimin and the older omega.

"jungkook is going to court me" he blurted out, just as he saw his friends, face still burning and a stupid smile on his face.

both of their eyes widened for a fraction and then-

"i won!" seokjin had both his hands up in triumph, while the beta grumbled in displeasure.

"what?" taehyung blinked at the unexpected reaction.

"me and jimin had a bet. jimin said it would take atleast a month for jungkook to ask." seokjin laughed.
"i just knew that baby alpha cant hold it in more than a week after i dropped the minho bomb" the omega flipped the imaginery hair on his shoulder.

"thats cheating!" jimin accused.

"i just told him the truth, sweetie. now bring me that slip dress" seokjin sassed.

"what?" the omega prince blinked again.

"you know among the goods, there was this red, short slip dress that i wanted, but jiminie took it away first" seokjin started explaining.
"since i won the bet, he'll give it back" the older omega stated.

"it wont even fit you" jimin stomped his feet, clearly displeased at the defeat.

"the tighter, the better" the other smirked.
"besides i'm trying to convince namjoon to put a pup in me" seokjin shrugged.

"you're shameless" jimin groaned.

after their little bicker, both of them had tackled a confused taehyung into a hug, telling him on how happy they're for him.

"i should have known it would happen soon. you two were already so whipped" jimin stated and taehyung blushed.

then, taehyung had remembered his purpose of visit.

"guys, i need a help" the omega had looked at his friends with wide eyes.

"what is it, tae?" both of them said in unison, with a concerned face.

taehyung fidgeted. he knew they wont judge him, but that doesn't make things any easy.
"umm i dont know h-how courting works-- or anything about relationships" he had looked at them shyly.

"ohhh we need to sit down for this" jimin clapped his hands, while seokjin dragged him to sit down on the carpeted floor in a circle.

"there are never any definite rules in courting- its basically everyones preference on how long they want it to be- you know until they want to make things official" seokjin started.

"basically you both can get to know each other more. usually alphas will get you presents- both sides can give something to each other-- like i used to get yoongi small gifts when we courted" jimin said a bit dreamily.

taehyung listened to everything attentively.

"so i can give him things as courting gifts too" taehyung blinked.

"yup! its your decision" jimin nodded.

"and oh dont forget to get birth controls from the infirmary" seokjin reminded.

"huh?" taehyung squirmed, wide eyes blinking.

"uh trust me, those alphas can never keep their knot in place. so its better to be prepared" seokjin rolled his eyes and jimin nodded along.

taehyung averted his gaze to his lap, fighting the blush that creeped up his face.

jimin laughed.
