"That was fucking scary! I almost peed myself," Giselle exclaimed
Ningning laughed while Karina chased her breath. They ran and ran until they reached the exit which seriously took a long time cuz there were lots of doors and jumpscares on the way
Karina huffed as her eyes roamed around, "W-where's Winter?"
Giselle and Ningning also looked up to see if the girl is following them. But none.
"Oh fuck! I left her!" Karina abruptly went back to the exit but was stopped by a staff
"I left my friend let me look for her, this will be quick I promise." Karina reasoned
"I'm sorry, you can only enter by the entrance. We don't let anyone in,"
Karina groaned in annoyance, she didn't have a choice but to wait.
They waited patiently until the boys went out laughing at each other. She searched for the girl but she isn't with them
Karina took Yeonjun's collar and pulled him somewhere, "Have you seen Winter?"
Yeonjun grinned ear to ear, "So, Winter isn't with you either huh?"
"What do you mean?" Karina narrowed her eyes at the boy
"I'm thinking she's with Beomgyu," He happily said like he achieved something good
Karina smacked his head and walked out. She searched his group and she confirmed, Beomgyu isn't with them.
'Could they possibly be together right now?' she thought to herself
"What did he say?" Ningning inquired
"He said she might be with Beomgyu," Karina replied in an irritated tone, obviously not liking the idea of them together
Giselle and Ningning glanced at each other with meaningful stares. Yuna and Ryujin walked up to them.
"You girls ready to go?" Yuna asked wearing a bright smile
"We're waiting for-"
They were interrupted by a group of people consoling their friend who kept crying her eyes out.
"They are overreacting, it isn't that scary." Karina scoffed
"You're waiting for?" Yuna asked again
"Winter was left behind," Giselle answered
"What?! Karina! How could you leave your girlfriend alone there?!" Yuna exaggeratedly said as she slaps Karina's arms
"Fuck off, someone pushed me and I was distracted by all the screamings and pushing I didn't notice she's out of my sight," Karina shut her eyes tightly, feeling annoyed
"Wait? You and Winter are together?" Ningning inquired, acting shock
Karina furrowed her eyebrows, "No!"
"Then how come your sister said you left your 'girlfriend' there which is Winter by the way and-" Ningning's was cut off mid sentence when Ryujin walked passed them
They followed her by heir eyes and when they figured what was happening they quickly followed.
"Hey, are you okay? Did he hurt you?" Ryujin softly asked with pursed lips
Beomgyu and Winter really were together, they went out together as well.
Winter sniffs with her head bowed down. Feeling embarassed and weak to even say anything.
"Excuse me, I don't hit girls. She was alone so I helped her and if I might add she was trembling out of fear," Beomgyu retorted
"Thanks for assisting me." Winter replied in a low voice
He became worried quickly so he did something unexpected.
Karina clenched her fist tightly at the sight.
Beomgyu just lifted Winter's chin to level his face, he observed the girl's features as he sighed.
"Wear this for now, your eyes are swollen red, it might not cover your entire face but atleast it'll help." Beomgyu took his cap and put it on Winter's, now his messy hair is visible
"What a man BG!" Yeonjun cheered
Karina's jaw moved aggressively. She's irritated because it could've been her... she should be beside the girl and comfort her but instead a boy who she only met three months ago is there on her spot
She doesn't understand the feeling.. or maybe she does but she's in denial about it.
Karina scoffed, "Why did you cry Minjeong? It isn't that scary, you were so bold to tell me earlier that if I get scared I should hide behind you and here you are bawling your eyes out," She didn't care if her words might hurt the latter because for some reason she's hurt too and she's not thinking straight
Ryujin glared at her. "Do you want to go home?" She worriedly asked Winter
"No, I still want to ride the ferris wheel. Let's just buy some icecream," Winter forced a smile at the girl, eyes landing on Karina who had a frown on her face
They both passed by Karina without inviting her if she wants to come.
"Why did she cry dude?" Karina heard Yeonjun ask Beomgyu
"I think I got it on record," Beomgyu took his phone out
"Wait why were you recording?" Taehyun questioned
"I was vlogging!" Beomgyu hissed
"You didn't exactly answered why she was crying." Soobin added
"Ugh just watch the damn video!" Beomgyu snarled
Karina approached them to see what they were talking about.
The record started with them entering the horror house, nothing was unusual until the first jumpscare and they all ran in different ways.
"Those idiots!" Beomgyu mumbled in the video
Beomgyu was walking alone on the opposite direction in the video and then suddenly the headless body came into the frame making all of them scream in surprise and fear. Even Karina yelled, she almost felt her heart come out of her chest
They continue watching the video with Beomgyu running away, the next few seconds were messy. They can hear him huffing.
Then he went to a dark room and hide.
"Is that all? That was so scary I thought I'm gonna die," Kai inhaled deeply
They were alarmed when they heard a horrified scream on the video, it's none other than Winter. Then her footsteps towards where Beomgyu was hiding.
They can hear her sobs in the vid and Karina swore she felt her heart crack just by hearing her whimpers.
Then it ended there.
"What the fuck?!" Yeonjun shouted in horror
"We should go back!" Yeonjun was about to run to the entrance but Soobin stopped him and flicked his forehead
"How come we didn't encounter that headless body!" Soobin said in frustration
"You wouldn't want to, that motherfucker is extremely tall!" Beomgyu felt shivers down his spine just thinking of that
"I think I'm gonna have nightmares," He added
"Winter must've been in shock too, she probably went the same way as you did." Kai followed
"Yeah, she's really terrified when I approached her. I almost thought she's going to pass out," Beomgyu sighed heavily
Karina walked out with a lot in mind, feeling guilty and worried.
"I should say sorry, I'm the one who left her alone," she thought as she walk towards the ice cream parlor where the girl was quietly eating
