"Can I look yet?" You asked as Mina walked behind you with her hands covering your eyes. "Mina, please just tell me where we're going." You whined.

She couldn't help but chuckle, her chest filling with butterflies. She's got something special planned for the two of you to do tonight. She finds it absolutely adorable how excited yet impatient you are to find out what she has up her sleeve.

"No need for me to tell you, baby. We're here." She smiled and uncovered your eyes, allowing you to see everything around you.

You looked up at the sky and found the beautiful view of the sunset. You watched Mina lay a blanket on the grass and you found it so cute how happy she was to know that everything she'd planned out has gone perfectly.

"I figured we could watch the sunset together."

"I'd love that, Mina."

She grinned and took your hand to gently pull you onto her lap before she gently laid you down on the blanket. She stroked your cheek, her soft eyes gazing into yours as soon as you were laid down.

She leaned down to give you a sweet kiss. The brush of her lips on yours was so perfect that you couldn't help but pull her closer.

"This is one of the sweetest things anyone has ever done for me. Thank you, Mina. I'm really excited about this."

"I figured you would be." She said as she kissed your cheek. "You're welcome. I just want to relax with you. What better way than to watch the sunset? It's so warm and the sky is so pretty."

You laid your head on her shoulder as she laid down beside you. She put her arm around you and let her lips brush against your head as you both stared up at the sky.

The colors were so pretty, so breathtaking. It's like nothing you've ever seen before. It was so romantic and it meant the world that it was Mina you've got to hold onto while you watch it together.

While you were mesmerized by the sunset, Mina was mesmerized by you. There was a look of fascination, of wonder, and Mina couldn't help but smile over seeing you so content.

You've both got a lot going on at the moment, so seeing you so genuinely happy brought her inexpressible happiness.

She ran her fingers through your hair and found herself smiling every time you'd smile.

"I thought we were watching the sunset together. Right now, it seems like it's just me. You're too busy staring at me instead of this pretty sunset." You said and looked up at her, finding her with a big smile on her face.

"I know. But to me, you're even prettier than this sunset. I just got caught up admiring my view."

You rolled your eyes but giggled against her lips when she leaned in for another kiss.

She intertwined your fingers together and kissed your hand as she looked up at the sky. It was truly breathtaking; she couldn't deny that.

"Mina?"

"Hm?" She hummed as she stared back down at you.

"Thank you for this. For surprising me by bringing me here. I feel like we don't have much time together these days, so I always cherish every minute I get to spend with you. Doing something so simple yet so perfect with you makes me really happy. I just want you to know how much I appreciate it and you."

She kissed your forehead softly and then rubbed your back.

"I feel the same."

You were so caught up in each other and in the serenity that these moments provided that even as the sun fully went down and the moon and stars came out, you didn't get up and go.

You were a little chilly, so Mina just pulled you closer and kept rubbing your back as you listened to the crickets and continued to gaze in awe at the night sky together.

"Do you have practice tomorrow? Should we get home?"

"I'm not worried about any of that right now, y/n. I'm too content right now. If you want to leave, we'll leave. But don't worry about schedules or busy things that tomorrow might bring. I want to stay out like this as long as you do."

"So... we don't have to go yet? We can stay out longer?"

"We'll stay for as long as you want to stay, my love." She promised and kissed your head before pulling you closer.

"I love you." You whispered against her neck, pressing a few kisses along her soft skin.

"I love you so much more, my baby." She said and looked up at the moon with you. "To the moon and back again."

You snuggled closer to her and closed your eyes with a contented sigh, wishing that these moments with her never had to end.
