CHAPTER 30- No complications, just love

"Ano ba kasi nangyari kagabi sa Sydney? Bakit ka ba nagkakaganyan?" Pangungulit sa akin ni Eugene.

Paano kasi, I booked an uber pabalik ng house ko matapos kong iwan si Eira sa may Sydney Opera House at hindi sumabay kela Joana at Eugene sa sasakyan.

Nadatnan nila ako na umiinom ng wine at nakakalat ang mga bottles sa my counter. Sila na rin nag ayos ng mga kalat ko. I refused to tell them the details until we all came back here in Manila. I'm so tired of my life.

I busied myself on my business and tapings sa ilang mga araw. There are people who depend on me and I must do my duty now. Even though I am graduating, I know how to multi task. Nasira lang naman ang ulo ko dahil kay Eira.

I received a text message from Mrs. San Diego, our Professor sa Customer Relationship Management. Yes, Eira is not our Professor dahil siya ang Professor sa Block B.

Wala akong subjects na si Eira ang Professor and that's a good thing. At least, I get to focus.

Mrs. San Diego:

Hello Athena, Good Afternoon. Are you free on Friday Evening? There's a make-up class on Friday and we will be having a quiz on Saturday. I think you must attend.

Gosh! Hindi pa ba sapat na hiramin ko ang notes ni Chinee? I have copies of her notes and kaya ko naman mag self review. Mahirap ba ang quiz namin sa Saturday?

Athena De Vera:

Hi Mrs. San Diego, greetings! Is the make-up class on Friday mandatory?

Mrs. San Diego:

It is not mandatory but I think you must come, especially that you are running for Latin Honors.

Wow, she is concerned about me. I must not take this for granted.

Athena De Vera:

Okay, Ma'am. I'll attend on Friday :) Thank you po.

Mrs. San Diego:

No worries, nak :)

Kinuwento ko lahat ng nangyari sa Sydney sa barkada ko. Paano ba naman lahat sila kumukuha ng balita. Ang kulit nila! Wala ngang kiss na naganap.

High School and Graduate School friends ko nandito sa bahay. Ayan tuloy ang gulo gulo ng sala namin.

"I doubt! Dapat sinunggaban mo na. Mahina ka talaga, Athena." Nakakamot si Dina ngayon sa ulo niya.

"What?! Do you hear yourself, Dina? That bitch broke her heart. You shouldn't be pushing her to Athena." Nagagalit ngayon si Samantha. Napaka over protective talaga neto sa akin.

"So, did you meet Celeste?" Tanong naman ni Tanya sa akin.

"I don't have time to meet with her." I just shrugged. I forgot about Celeste, and she's the least person I'll be meeting with in Sydney.

"Oh? Really? Akala ko naman you two talked to each other after your birthday party few years ago." Tanya just laughed.

"Nah, she's the least of my concern and besides, I don't hold grudges anymore. I have a lot of problems to take care." Uminom ako ng wine na nakalagay sa taas ng table sa living room.
