It only took time
for her to finally open her eyes
and realise that her heart
was entirely gravitated
towards them only:
and it was nothing more
than just love,
where everyone else in the world
seemed to have disappeared,
besides the two of them.

Hyejin finds herself leaning against the entrance gate of the school, with her back against the wall and her eyes roaming around all of the stores and restaurants that were near. It was almost as if she was waiting, but waiting for what exactly? She had been debating whether she should show up to school or ditch for a day, or maybe the whole week if needed too. Either way she didn't care𑁋ever since her argument with her parents, mainly her mother, and the event back at the hospital with Wheein, she felt completely hopeless. It was almost as if she had come full circle with her own anger once again.

Yet it was quite remarkable the amount of relief that had left her body the moment she couldn't stop saying how she's been feeling. God, she almost felt completely free, but she knew it wasn't the right way to get by. And as selfish as it sounds, she had never seen her mother so speechless before. Hyejin did feel regret from doing all of that𑁋knowing that she can't reverse time just to solve it a different way. But she also felt somewhat... proud, needless to say.

And with Wheein𑁋she didn't know where to start. It felt as if a whole chunk of her life had been dedicated to just... being with her. For the first time, she had felt listened, noticed, and accepted from all of these dumb actions she had done. And dare she say it, she felt loved. For once, she feels that kind of love no one would get from anybody else besides that one person they truly care about.

And that fucking scares her.

But yet from saying those words, she feels as if she had scared Wheein away, or that she had most likely tore their relationship apart. It gave her that certain pull in her chest just from thinking in that way, as for some reason she wasn't able to control herself that certain night.

The urge to straight up disappear without any trace of her existence and past mistakes was strong.

Hyejin shakes her head to her debating thoughts from remembering that she has very little time to make a careless and possibly regrettable decision. Her eyes glance between the entrance of the school, then to the streets, then back to the school. However, she just sighs before turning her around and walking into the territory of the school.

Her footsteps were slow and steady as she roamed down the hallways towards her first class of the day, also known as the class she had always dreaded going to. And though it felt like any normal day for all the other students of the school, Hyejin certainly felt lost, despite having attended the school long enough to be able to map her way down the school.

The walls held posters advertising prom, which was a school event she never got herself to fully care about. They weren't important for her, because right now, the only important subject of the matter is getting through the damn day, and being able to face her parents every evening.
