After the burrow, Hermione and Scorpius floo'ed directly to Foxes End

Draco and Teddy were waiting for them there

"Come on Scorp, I'll give you a pair of clothes" Teddy smiled and led Scorpius to his room

Hermione sighed and looked at Draco

"I don't have any clothes" she whispered "so I need to go back to Grimmaulds to pick up some clothes" she said

Draco didn't want her to go

"I could lend you a shirt" he offered her

Hermione pursed her lips before nodding

Draco led her to his bedroom and he went into his closet

Hermione looked around his room, the colours were neutral, but she did spot some colour of green and she was surprised when she saw some red

She walked up to the the red item and picked it up slowly

It was her head girl badge

She placed it on her palm and traced the initials

She heard Draco come out of the closet and stopped behind her

"Granger—"

"Why did you keep it?" She whispered

Draco looked down and played with the white button up shirt

"I—" Draco stuttered

Hermione walked up to him slowly, she saw him gulp and quickly looked up to her before looking down again

"I—" he whispered

She stopped in front of him

"Malfoy" she whispered softly

He shuffled on his feet

"Draco" she purred

His eyes shot in and looked at her, his eyes darkened slightly

"Why did you keep it?" She whispered

He looked at the head girl badge in her hand

"I couldn't let go of the last thing I had of you" he confessed

Hermione glanced at his lips before looking back to his eyes, he had a look of yearning and another emotion she couldn't read in them

"Take the risk of being happy"

And that's exactly what she wanted to do, but she needed to know that he felt the same way about her

"Why?" She asked

Draco licked his lips

He moved closer to her, his hand came to hover over her hip

"Hermione" he whispered

She pushed herself to him, his hand came down on her hip and he groaned softly

"Tell me Draco...why did you keep my badge?" She asked

"Because...because I—"

"Dad?!"

Draco and Hermione pulled away in time for Scorpius and Teddy to come into the room

Hermione turned to the pictures on the wall

"Yes Teddy?" Draco asked

"Can we watch the telly dad?" Teddy asked

Hermione snorted but covered it with a cough

"You can Teddy" Draco smiled

"Come on" Teddy smiled and led Scorpius away
