I lost in my thoughts for the nth time.

Papa didn't say anything but quietly leave my room.

I did not have a wink of sleep this evening. I'm wide awake.

Even if I did not have an ounce of sleep, Mira did not notice it. Oh, how holy visual of Lady Meere's 'no? Buti na lang.

Binabagabag ako nang mismong sinabi ko, did I just confess my feelings to the Prince to my Father? Idiot me.

Yeah, I do like the Prince. The heart flutters, the abdominal butterflies and the unusual feelings with him. BUT! I'm trying to surpress my feelings which I don't know what's stopping me.

But hell yeah, I like the Prince.

And he said he likes me too.

I did have a slip of the tongue because I like him too much?

Wait wait wait. Isn't this fast? Why? Isn't that always like this? I didn't notice it?

"Ellie." Someone pulled me up to return to reality by calling my name.

It's Brother Exchiel.

"Yes, Brother?" Agad kong sambit.

Hindi ito nagsabi ng kung ano o tanong bagkus ay hinawakan nito ang noo ko at noo niya. Is he testing our temperatures?

"You're not sick, but why are so out of it?" We're having our snacks in the balcony.

Pansin ko na nakuha ni Brotger Exchiel ang atensyon ng mga kapatid namin.

"Ellie is acting strange." Nguso naman ni Brother Ezekiah.

"Ellie is spacing out." Dagdag na sabi ni Skylar.

"Ellie is..." napatigil sa pagsasalita si Brother Earltone nang mapatitig sa akin. "Beautiful." Kindat nito sa akin. Nagpalit ba sila ng ugali ni Brother Ezekiah?

"No, I'm fine." Sabi ko bago uminom ng tea ngunit nasamid ako.

Kita ko na nagpanic ang mga ito habang naghahanap ng tubig.

Ramdam ko na may kamay na gumagabay sa likod ko kaya napakalma na ang pag-ubo ko.

"Seriously, Ellie? What happened? You look really happy yesterday but you're now..." hindi na tinuloy ni Brother Ezekiah ang sasabihin niya.

Uminom naman ako ng tubig.

"Is it because of the Prince?" Kunot noong tanong ni Brother Exchiel at sa dalawang pagkakataon, nasamid ako sa tubig. Tangina?

Dali dali kong tinakpan ang bibig na nakabaliktad na nakakuyom ang mga daliri bago tumingin sa kanila.

I felt my face reddens and heat up.

I blinked before saw them looked at me with a non-readable expression and left me behind.

Third Person POV

The Brothers of Ellesmeere quickly find their father.

"Father!" Agad na lumingon ang Grand Duke sa kanyang mga anak na hinihingal.

"Ellie, Ellie.." hindi mahagip ni Ezekiah ang sasabihin sa ama tungkol sa kapatid.

"Is Ellie in love?" Diretsang tanong ng pangatlo sa magkakapatid na si Exchiel.

Napakurap ang mata ng Grand Duke at naalala ang sinabi ng  bunsong anak na babae sa kaniya nitong nagdaan na gabi.

"Ellie blushed when I mentioned the Prince and she's acting so strange, so I thought..." hindi na rin maituloy ni Exchiel ang sasabihin na magsink-in sa kanila ang nararamdaman ng kapatid.

Without movements, the men of de la Schulz realize that the unica hija is in love, therefore, it's a big deal.

I asked Mira to help me dress for today since, Papa said that we need to discussed something.

Nakarating ako sa office ni Papa, as I announce myself at my arrival. I opened the door with a tense aura. What's with them?

I sat down beside my twin.

"Ellie." I looked at Papa when he called my name with a hesitant voice.

"Yes, Papa?" I asked in response. Is it something important? Papa and my brothers are all serious.

"Being an Empress, I know you can pull it off, we know that you have the potential.." huh? is it me being what in the future? I looked again at him, perplexed.

"We arrange you since you both know each other and was close but we're not totally meddling if you didn't want to." Seryoso nitong sabi, oh, it's about our engagement.

Maybe they are now considering that we're at the age of our point of view are widened and we can decide on our own. It's also a good thing na hindi nila kami pinipilit.

"You know that above all, your happiness is the most important. In your future marriage with the Prince you'll have a big role in the sake of this Empire and aside from that, being a married and wife." He slowly reminded me, he must be really worried about me for my partner.

"Because truly, I wanted my daughter's happiness." He looked at me with a soft  gaze. I smiled and touched by his words.

"There's no other great person as Eclipse- the Prince for me, aside from the five men of my life, of course." I said referring to them, nakita ko naman na nagalak sila.

"It's time for your engagement to be revealed, Ellie. I'm checking you if you're ready because in the close Annual Celebration of the Empire's Foundation." Kaya pala nabanggit nila lagi ang tungkol sa marriage namin.

Also, honestly, I never really attented the Annual Celebration because I don't need to. Said by Papa.

"Papa, the other night I slipped on.. liking the Prince. I admit it, Papa. I do want the Prince to be my future." I smiled genuinely. "And it's only to let the people of our Empire in the Noble Society aware of our engagement to avoid further complications." As I said, we're at the age to receive marriage offers, magaling nang maunahan na ang iba pang nagbabalak.

After all what happened to me, after all of the changes I've made and met, my feelings are totally swayed.

Their faces are epic, they're not expecting my confession at all.

Biglang nag-init ang pisngi ko nang maalala na, bakit sa kanila ako umamin diba? I mean, no, nahihiya ako kung kay Eclipse 'no!

With the expressions at their faces, I guess I don't need to tell about Eclipse's confession to me, right?

"That's it! Father!" Nagulat naman kami nang biglang tumayo ang kakambal ko sa pagkaka-upo. "She's not gettig married!" He exclaimed.

Is he serious? "Why would you let the Prince take my twin away?" Masama na ekspresyon na sabi nito. Maging ang ama namin napatingin nang gulat sa anak.

Well, Skylar doesn't really making LOUD noises, he even just speak close to being clear, but he just shouted.

Yeah, shouted, yelled, sumigaw.

"Of course, she's not getting married until I'm old." Napanganga ako nang pinatulan ng magaling naming ama ang bunsong lalaki niyang anak.

Bakit ako ikakasal kung hindi pa nga engage ang mga kapatid ko? Mga boang talaga.
