Chapter 14(Honeymoon indoors!?)

A/N - I have been thinking about this for ageeeesss! So enjoy!

William's POV
I wake up hearing the noises of birds chirping merrily. A very melodious voice indeed...

I proceed to get up but than I notice that Emilia isn't in the bed. Nor can I hear Moran's whining from my room, which is weird because he whines every morning and Louis scolds him. It's a daily routine, what happened today?

I shrug it off as I leave my room searching for Emilia. It has been 2 days since our marriage and we have been awfully busy, so I decided to spare this day for her. I can't wait to hold her in my arms.

I smile to myself as I smell my favorite dish 'stargazer pie' (A pie featuring fish heads poking out of the crust, as described by the wiki) and dragon fruits salad which is her favourite. It's seems to be coming from the kitchen.

I peek in slowly and find her cooking with a joyous smile on her face. Ah, how mesmerising her smile is....

"Love...?" I notice her stiffening as she saw me but soon let out a sigh.

"That scared me---" she placed her hand on her chest and let out another sigh of relief.

"Where are the others?" I ask her and get a sweet hug as a reply, "I asked them to leave for London early today so we can spend time together! I didn't want us to spend our honeymoon out so I was thinking of spending time together today in a wonderful way!"

She beamed another adorable smile at me which made my heart beat faster than ever. "So this was meant to be a surprise?" I gaze at her waiting for her reply even though I knew the outcome, what a brain I have here...

"Actually....yes. I thought of making breakfast fast to surprise you but you are already awake" she began playing with her fingers averting her gaze from me.

"I am truly happy you did this for me, surprise or not, it still means a lot to me" I hug her from back as she proceeds to slice the dragon fruits but immediately freezes as I embrace her into a hug.

Emilia's POV
'Kyaaaa! What do I do?! He is hugging me from back while I am cooking, it happens only in books, never had I thought it would really happen to me! Should i turn back and hug him? or should I proceed with my job? I can't remember what the protagonist did in the book!!!'

My head swirls with thoughts that I couldn't comprehend properly, so my body took total control of the situation before I had the time to think twice.

I push him out of the kitchen mumbling, "Breakfast's about to be ready please take your seat dear!"

He did as I ordered him to, which I am pretty glad for. Now, I have to bring the dishes out...

3rd person's POV
'I didn't expect such an adorable reaction' William chuckles as he reads the newspaper that arrived this morning.

"Food is ready!" Emilia holds the tray which had their breakfast and walks upto the table as she arranges it properly.

"It smells really good" William sits down inhaling the delicious aroma of the food. Emilia chuckles happily as a response.

"Itadakimasu!" they dug in, as they began appreciating the food.

"This fruits are so delicious!" she exclaimed causing him to smile. "You really love dragon fruits don't you?" "As much as you love fishes!" they smiled at each other affectionately before eating their meals.

"It was a good meal" Emilia speaks while washing the utensils. "You are the one who made it after all" William remarks proceeding to rub the wet utensils.
