Chapter 21

Seulgi Pov.

Days had passed

We're back in Korea and today was the day we finish our sembreak which made feel a bit nervous

After what happened I don't really know how I could even face her

I was a few meters away from the classroom but no matter how hard I try to carry legs to the door it just wouldn't budge

I felt like a statue standing in the middle of the hallway struggling to walk or even move a bit

When Irene unnie hold my hand

"yah! Are you alright?" she ask a bit worried to see me here

It took me a minute before I could even answer her question "Uhm yeah unnie I was just...uhm...Admiring the hallway!" I reasoned out but quickly regret it

"what's there to admire? I don't see anything has changed?" She asked as she look around hallway looking for changes

"really? I think something had change...oh well maybe not hehehe" I laugh nervously but then she just look at me plainly

"why don't you come with me I still need to take this papers to the newspaper room" She stated

"uhm...I'm not sure tha-" she cut me off mid sentence

"plus it will keep you away from the classroom a little longer" she smile that made me smile too and nod at her as I follow her away from the classroom

Minutes had passed and we could hear the bell ring so we both look at each other and both went out

We both were walking to our classroom

When the feeling I felt a while is back once again

I stop midway and I could feel myself being a state once more

Irene notice and turn head back towards me and then went back

"hey? Are you okay?" she ask

"I...I can't do this" I was about to turn around when Irene stop me

"hey, hey you don't have to do this we can leave for today since it's still just the start of another quarter" she said as she hold my hand

"wait we?" I ask and she nodded

"but you have never been absent in your life, I don't want to be the reason for it" I stated as I felt bad for her

"nope your not the reason, technically Wendy is... So let's go" she said as she pull my hand drag me out of the school

"but unnie-" I was cut short by her

"do you want to stay here and face her or let's go have fun today?" she ask as she look at me and waited for an answer

The truth was I didn't want to see Wendy

"where do you want us to go?" I ask

I'm going to face Wendy but not now

I saw smile form in Irene unnie's face as drag me out of the classroom

Third Person Pov.

As they leave the school not realizing that a certain girl was watching them both leave

She didn't know what to feel seeing Seulgi being a bit too close with Irene

Well af course she knew they were friends even before she met seulgi but then she couldn't stop feeling a bit jealous about it she didn't know why she felt that way

When clearly Seulgi is just a friend nothing more, nothing less

"Yah! Wendy unnie come here what are you looking at?" Yeri ask

Wendy just nodded and went inside the classroom

Seulgi Pov.

We went straight to the mall and ate something since we both didn't had breakfast

We went to McDonald's

"what do you want?" she ask

"Can I have kiddie meal?" I ask

"really Seul?" she raised her brow at me

"what it's the best meal in the menu... And plus it has a free toy" I said smiling confidently

"fine..kiddie meal it is I guess you still haven't change a bit" she said as she went to cashier

While I stay here at our table

While waiting for Irene I decided to check my phone for any messages or any notification

Squirtle: Where are u unnie?
Taeyeaon: u said u'd come
Missed call from Wannie

Why did she call? Should I call her? No Seulgi if you call her she'll ask where you are and then she'll bring up what happen at the camping trip

Part me wanted to call her back and ask why she called but then I didn't want her to tell me about what happened last time we talk

I just look at her contact details until Irene unnie called

"Yah! Kid your food is here" She stated as she put down our food

I put away my phone and check what toy I got and smile it was minion

"look unnie it's bob from minions!" I said excitedly

She look at me with a unamused look

I cleared off and started to eat "I told you it's the food I wanted because it's delicious compared to the adult food" I explain as I started eating but the truth was it was really because of the toys

We finished our food in a few minutes

We started going around the mall from department stores to bookstores then we went to the arcade inside the mall then lastly we went to the food court and started eating all sorts of stuff

At the end of the day I had really fun and completely forgot about what earlier

Irene unnie drop me off at my house

"alright see you tomorrow Seul" She as she was about to leave

"you too unnie drive safely" I said as I wave her goodbye

Then the car left

Hiw I wish this day did not end that qucikly but I guess tomorrow I really have to face Wendy and whether I like or not I have to watch love someone else

I sighed as I walk inside the house

"tomorrow I will forget you Son Seungwan" I whispered at the wind before I walk inside
