The next day I was with Kenya again trying to figure out how to get my wisteria powers to work. "Drink some water!" Kenya said holding the glass out to me.

I took it and quickly drank it then waited a few seconds. "I don't feel anything" I signed. "Yeah you just looked tired" Kenya said. 

"Thank you! Tanjiro rushed me to wake up!" I signed. "He must really like training" Kenya said. "Yeah if he rushed me so much!" I signed. 

I stared at Kenya for a second. 'I wonder what his face looks like... I really want to know all I know is he has white hair in a ponytail but I honestly just want to see his face' I thought. 

"What's wrong?" Kenya asked. "Can I see your face?" I signed. "HUH!!? NO NEVER!!" Kenya yelled putting his hands on his mask. 

"But why?" I signed. "We have to keep out identities a secret!! and even if we didn't I would still wear this!! I don't want ANYONE to see my face!!" Kenya said. 

"Why wouldn't you want anyone to see your face? I'm sure that you're pretty!" I signed. "M'M!! I'm not like you or Tanjiro or anyone else!!" Kenya said. 

"I'm sure you are!" I signed. "No! you wouldn't like my face!! no one has seen my face in years!! I'd like to keep it that way!!" Kenya said. 

"Well your hair is pretty!" I signed. "No it's not!! my hair color is too weird!!" Kenya said shaking his head. 

"Yes it is! your hands are nice too! so well sculpted!" I signed. "No!! they're too pale!! I look like a ghost!!" Kenya said. 

"No you don't! trust me I've seen one!" I signed. "You still wouldn't like me!! I'm too weird!!" Kenya said. 

"Your voice is nice!! it's so calm!!" I signed. "No!! it's too quiet!! It's only decent when I yell!!" Kenya said. 

"You're a skilled swordsman Kenya! and you're only ten!" I signed. "No!! I'm very clumsy!! I need to work harder on my swords last time it was chipped!! It should've been in perfect condition even if a bomb hit it!!" Kenya said.

"Wha- not everyone is perfect Kenya!" I signed. "You are! so I just have to try harder!! I'm not doing enough!" Kenya said. 

I shook my head. "I'm not perfect!" I signed. "Compared to me you are..." Kenya said. "M'M!!" I hummed. 

"Let's just focus on getting your wisteria powers to work look!" He said rubbing my hands. "Here now put it out!" Kenya said pulling my arm so I could hold it out.

My hand started turning a bit cold like before and the purple like smoke seeped out. "Look see! it worked!" Kenya said.

I rubbed my hands together and did it again and it worked. "Thank you Kenya! see you are smart!" I signed. 

"No! anyone could've figured that out!" Kenya said. "M'M!!" I hummed. "What ever I guess" Kenya said.

"I don't care if I haven't seen your face I still think its pretty!" I signed. "You wouldn't if you saw it" Kenya said.

"Yes I would!" I signed. We went over to where Tanjiro was training and I went to talk to Kotetsu as Kenya was watching Tanjiro.

"Kotetsu can I ask you something about Kenya?" I signed. "Yeah what is it?" Kotetsu asked. "Is Kenya always so negative about his appearance?" I signed.

"Well... since he came to swordsman village yes he's always been like that" He said. "Do you know why?" I signed. 

"Yes but we're not allowed to tell anyone else unless Kenya tells you. Kenya doesn't really seem like that at first but when you get to know him you will notice but the sad thing is he really just lets people walk all over him!" Kotetsu said.
