Syfas' POV

I pulled down on my navy blue tie; tightening it. Brushing my suit in a gentle way whilst I leaned over and threw on the jacket.

A smile made its way onto my face, day-dreaming about my little love in our room...away from me.

Devil whimpered at the thought. Fucking needy dragon. Making me look like a clingy bitch.

"Oi! We both know you're the clingy one."

I rolled my eyes at the comment, knowing it was partially true. I took one quick glance in the mirror and left the room.

It was the coronation today, many people from the kingdom would be there in support of the new Queen; my Queen.

I heard a sweet giggle come from our bedroom, the maid were helping her get dressed in a dress she chose the day before. One I'm not allowed to see until the coronation.

I stay outside the door a little longer, listening to her sweet rambles like a love sick fool. I shook my head and snapped out of it. I wouldn't get any work done if I hopped onto every word she said.

I continued walking through hallways and corridors until I reached the ballroom which was decorated with bright colours. A more expensive taste, only the best for my little rose.

I watched the maids and butlers carefully display each tiara that my little rose had to choose from. Bringing the crown to sit upon the last pillar.

The doors were already being opened, letting in many familiar faces but not familiar enough.

"You ready mate?" I hear a familiar voice behind me, his hands resting on my tense shoulders.

"As I'll ever be."

Narrator

Kyra stood alone in the room, in a dress she struggled to walk in. She stared at herself in the mirror, doubts clouding her mind.

"What if.. I'm not the Queen they need?" She spoke softly to Blue.

"Nonsense Kyra. You saw how delighted they were at the ball. They love you." The bird tweeted.

Kyra breathed out a sigh of relief but her troubles weren't wearing off. She turned around but saw a woman sitting on the bed yet again.

The same bed where Syfas pleasured her, where she experienced her first high. She desperately wanted that night again, hoping they could take it further this time.

She snapped out of her thoughts, blushing heavily. Someone else was in the room. Someone a little familiar.

"My Queen." Kyra bowed to the woman seated in front of her. The woman smiled and waved her hand.

"No need for formalities, Kyra. Call me, Sarah. Especially since you're going to be the next Queen today."

Kyra smiled a weary smile, nervousness raked through her mind.
